A Note from Executive Chef Shannon Hernandez
I was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. Where food is a melting pot of cultures. I have fond memories of all my favorite foods from lumpia to tempura. My cooking career started with Fusion Chef Roy Yamaguchi where I opened restaurants in San Francisco, Orlando, and Palm Springs. I then moved on to working for hotels such as La Quinta Hotel and Resort, Omni Rancho Las Palmas, Hilton Hawaiian Village, and the Marriott Riverside at the Convention Center. Coming to Great Wolf Lodge and cooking for families and children has been an exciting new change for me. Catering to your family is our specialty, whether it is gluten-free, dairy-free, or just a regular diet, we can make it all taste delicious.
