ARRIVAL TIPS FOR YOUR PACK'S STAY

Enjoy a cash-free experience

Use your wristband to pay. Psst: it’s also your water park pass & room key! (The chip on your wristband is located under the paw. Be sure to wear it on your left wrist as you will need to scan it to enter and exit the parking lot.)

Access your suite after 4pm—but get playing sooner

But your pack can check in and begin the fun anytime on your arrival day. (Pro-tip: If arriving before 4pm, leave big bags in your vehicle. Bring swimsuits for the water park and closed-toed shoes for some of our Adventure Park activities.  *Please note that no outside food or drink can be brought into the water park.*

When you check-in

• Use the kiosks located near the front desk
• Have your photo I.D. and a chip enabled credit or debit card that matches your name on your reservation, ready.
• A $100 per night authorization hold for incidentals will be placed on your debit or credit card. Unused funds will be released upon checkout based on your bank’s terms.
• Our lodge is cashless, so be prepared with a credit or debit card or set up your lodge wristband to make purchases.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping services are available by request. If your reservation is for more than one night, and you’d like your beds made, coffee and towels restocked, and trash cans emptied, please contact Guest Services or text Willow, our Great Wolf concierge. We are happy to provide these services; otherwise, we do not enter your suite during your stay.
