What are the water park hours? About the Water Park

Are advanced deposits for reservations required? About My Trip Planning

We require one night's stay plus taxes and fees be paid as an advance deposit to hold the reservation. This can be paid by credit card. If you are making the reservation more than 4 weeks in advance, we can accept a personal check or money order for the deposit. Checks cannot be used as a form of payment at the lodge, only for a deposit.

Who can use mobile check-in and how does it work? About My Reservation

Mobile check-in is available to guests who have guaranteed their reservation with a credit card and have a deposit on file (with the exception of third party reservations and/or billing). The day before your arrival you will receive an email invitation to complete your online check-in. Our team will have prepared your room wristbands and arrival package.

Will my room be ready when I arrive? About My Reservation

Room check-in does not begin until 4:00 p.m. or as your room becomes available. However, you can arrive as early as 1:00 p.m. to begin using the water park. There are changing rooms, lockers and showers available for you.

What time is check-in? About My Reservation

Check-in time begins at 4 p.m. or as rooms become available. However, you are welcome to play in the water park as early as 1 p.m. In the event that your room is not ready, we recommend that you pack a smaller bag with bathing suits and swim gear and leave the rest of your luggage locked in your car. Stop by the front desk to let us know you're here and pick up your water park wrist bands. There are lockers, showers, and changing areas available for your use in the water park. We require guest checking in to be at least 21 years of age. A valid, Government Issued Photo ID is required upon check-in along with credit card for incidental charges. Your card will be authorized for a daily amount on your reservation if you would like to allow charging on your reservation.

Do I have to add children under the age of 2 to my reservation? About My Trip Planning

Children under 2 years of age are considered free for access to the water park and lodging, but they are considered occupants in the suite. When setting up a reservation online, we require the number of children under 2 to be listed.

 

Are you validating if someone is vaccinated? About Health & Safety Changes

Great Wolf Lodge does not independently verify vaccination status of our guests. Instead, we trust our guests to comply with the requirements of this updated policy and to ensure members of their party, including children 5 and older, wear face coverings if not fully vaccinated.

Can I use the room telephone to make personal calls? About the Lodge

You do have the ability to dial out from suite phones. Local calls are included in your stay. There is a nominal fee for each long distance call.

What is included with the cost of the suites? About My Trip Planning

When you stay at Great Wolf Lodge, your water park passes are included for each registered guest. These water park passes allow access to the water park through the day of your departure. The rate also includes parking, and access to all events.

What is the common attire and footwear for the water park? About the Water Park

We recommend that you bring bathing suits, aqua socks or flip flops for the 84-degree water park. Our lodge is considered casual but we do ask that when you are outside of the water park that shirts and shoes are worn.

How do I set up a group stay or event at Great Wolf Lodge? About My Trip Planning

Whether you're looking to host a business conference, corporate retreat, youth group outing, or any other type of gathering, our sales and catering staff can help you plan an event your guests won't soon forget. Are self-service laundry facilities available in the resort? About the Lodge

Guest laundry is available on-site. Please check with the front desk or your Lodge Life to find the location. There are also spinners in the water park to dry swimsuits.

Does the lodge offer a commissionable rate for travel agents? About My Trip Planning

Travel agents can receive a commission on the best available rates when reservations are booked through the Reservations Center or a GDS system using their IATA number.

How much of the park is outdoors? Is there a need for sunscreen? About the Water Park

The majority of our water park is indoors. There is no need for sunscreen while playing in the indoor water park, but we do encourage using sunscreen when spending time at our outdoor water park and attractions.

Is Internet access available? About the Lodge

Wireless internet access is available throughout our lodge, which you can access from your room or common areas. Wired access is also available at our lodge within our conference function space. Internet access is included in the resort fee.

Why is there a maximum occupancy in the suites? About My Trip Planning

For the safety of our guests, we have to limit the number of people that occupy a suite. At Great Wolf Lodge, we do offer certain suites that can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. Infants are free of charge for water park access and lodging, but they are counted as an occupant in a suite.

Are cabanas available to use in the water park? About the Water Park

Cabanas are available to rent daily for your family's comfort and convenience in the water park. A cabana has private seating with table and chairs, a 20" flat screen TV with satellite access and other amenities. Reserve your cabana today!

Are coolers permitted in the water park? About the Water Park

You are welcome to bring coolers to the lodge; however, they are not permitted in the water park area.

What is the resort fee? About My Reservation

Great Wolf Resorts charges a $29.99 nightly resort fee to all room reservations at all locations. Additional services such as wireless internet, fitness center access, in-room coffee, life jackets, access to fax, local phone calls, concierge service, and wolf ears for children 12 and under are included with your stay. Towels in the water park are included but are subject to a fee if not returned. Premium parking is not included in the resort fee.

Do the rooms have a refrigerator and/or microwave? About the Lodge

Each suite has a microwave and an efficiency style refrigerator, approximately 3' tall and 2' wide.

Do you sell day passes to the water park? About My Trip Planning

Yes, you can purchase a Day Pass to enjoy the pools, slides and more in our 84 degree water park. Some properties may have special restrictions. Purchase your Day Pass here.

What can I do if someone gets sick before we arrive? About My Reservation

If a family member's sickness inhibits you from your travel plans, we will gladly rebook your getaway. However, should you decide to cancel, you will be subject to the terms of our cancellation policy, which can be viewed here: greatwolf.com/terms-and-conditions. Reservations made on the Early Saver promotion are subject to a non-refundable deposit after the time of booking. 

If your plans change at the last minute (or anytime within three days of arrival), please call us and we'll try to rebook your trip for different dates. You would only forfeit your deposit if we couldn't rebook your getaway at all. You are subject to the best available rate on these new dates.

How do I reserve an accessible suite? About My Trip Planning

Accessible suites are labeled as such and marked by an accessible icon within the booking process. If you would prefer to make a reservation over the phone, please call 800.605.9653. We can offer a variety of options to meet your needs!

Is grilling / cooking permitted at the resort? About the Lodge

Grilling, cooking, birthday candles or any other types of open flames are not permitted in suites, patios/balconies or on resort grounds.

Are there vending machines in the resort? About the Lodge

Each floor has a designated vending machine and ice machine area.

What is the tax exempt policy? About My Reservation

In order to be tax exempt the reservation(s) must be made in the name of the individual who is tax exempt and paid with the organization's credit card or checking account (check must be received 30 days in advance of arrival). The individual must also fill out a tax-exempt form from Great Wolf Lodge's accounting department and provide appropriate documentation. What time is check-out? About My Reservation

Check-out time is 11 a.m. As our guest, please feel free to enjoy the water park facilities until closing. We recommend packing a smaller bag with bathing suits and a change of clothes and leave the rest of your luggage locked in your car. If a late checkout is desired we offer a 2:00 p.m. check-out for an additional fee. Please check with the front desk about pricing and availability.

Are the waterslides wheelchair accessible? About the Water Park

Waterslides and our elevated attractions are not wheelchair accessible.

What amenities are open to the public? About the Lodge

Excluding the water park, all additional amenities are open to the public. This includes our restaurants and MagiQuest®. Some activities may be restricted to guests only. See location for restrictions.

What happens if there is inclement weather? About My Reservation

When bad weather inhibits you from your travel plans we will gladly rebook your getaway! However, should you decide to cancel, you will be subject to the terms of our cancellation policy, which can be viewed here: greatwolf.com/terms-and-conditions.

Does the resort have a fitness center? About the Lodge

** Iron Horse Fitness Center is temporarily closed due to social distancing guidelines.

We have a fitness center, so bring your workout clothing. Our Iron Horse, Fitness Room has treadmills, a recumbent bike and TVs to make your workout enjoyable.

Do children need to be supervised in the water park? About the Water Park

All children under the age of 18 should be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times in the water park.

Do you allow casts in the water park? About the Water Park

Casts are allowed in the water park. There are requirements for certain rides for maintaining body positions such as grasping handles or keeping legs in position. These criteria, in addition to how the cast will contact the ride will determine your ability to wear a cast on a ride.

Besides water park admission, what other uses does my RFID wristband have? About My Reservation

Great Wolf Lodge water park wristbands are RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Device). This means you don't have to carry cash or room keys! You can use your wristband to open your suite door and you have the option of setting your wristband up for purchases throughout the lodge. There may be fees associated with the replacement of RFID wristbands. 

Does the resort have wheelchair accessibility? About the Lodge

Our hotel public spaces, accessible rooms, and water park decks are ADA compliant. Temporary use of wheelchairs are available through Guest Services on a first come, first serve basis.

Are pets allowed? Service animals? About My Trip Planning

For the health and comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow any pets into the lodge. If you would like information on a full service kennel in the Mason area, select the links below. Service animals as defined by the ADA are allowed in all areas of the resort. For the health and safety of our guests, service animals are not allowed in the pools and attractions of the water park.

If my family has food allergies, how can I let the resort know? About My Reservation

We welcome guests with special dietary needs. We would be happy to discuss allergen-free alternatives in advance. We have specially trained chefs that can offer a variety of special items for your family to enjoy.  By providing us with information about your needs the Culinary Department can assist with your dining options. Please contact the lodge to speak with a Food and Beverage Management team member.

Are there any water park restrictions if I am pregnant? About the Water Park

Because we do offer some rides that are considered to be extreme, we encourage you to view the restrictions for each attraction. We also discourage use of the hot tubs.

Can I request a particular suite style during check in? About My Reservation

Suite style preference must be booked at time of reservation.

Balcony/Patio suites can be reserved online by clicking "with Balcony/Patio" on the Suites page during the booking process. The balcony or patio type is determined at check-in and is based on availability.

Do you have RV parking and hookups? About My Trip Planning

Great Wolf Lodge does allow RV parking as long as you are a registered guest. Please do not use or loiter around the RV during your stay. We do not offer any hook ups or dumping stations.

Are there chairs (aside from cabanas) to leave our belongings? About the Water Park

Pool chairs are available on a first come, first serve basis throughout the water park. There are also lockers available in the water park for guest use. Larger items, such as luggage, will need to be kept in your suite or vehicle.

Where can I purchase toiletries if I forgot something? About the Lodge

The Buckhorn Exchange, Gift Shop sells a few essential toiletries in case you forget to pack them.

What do I need to provide when I arrive at the lodge? About My Reservation

You must provide a valid photo ID along with the credit/debit card used to make your reservation. The remaining balance of room rates, packages, taxes and fees will be collected at time of check-in. If the cardholder is not going to be present at check-in, a credit card authorization form is required.

Can I use scooters, Segways or Hoverboards inside the lodge? About the Lodge

For the safety of our guests Segways, Hoverboards, self-propelled scooters, and similar devices are not allowed to be used, charged or stored inside the hotel.  If you operate a mobility device for medical purposes please provide medical documentation upon arrival.

What items should I bring on my trip? About My Reservation

Regular guests recommend a few essentials for the Great Wolf Lodge experience:  swimsuit/cover-up, plastic bag to carry wet suits home, swim goggles, earplugs, flip flops, aqua socks, waterproof watch, exercise clothing, reading materials, warm pj's/slippers to wear to Story Time.  We provide towels in the water park area. If you're not swimming, you may still wish to bring comfortable clothing for our 84-degree water park area. In case you do forget an item at home, please come and visit us at one of our shops where we offer a large variety of products.

 

 

Will my suite be pre-assigned prior to my stay? About My Trip Planning

The Lodge assigns suites on the day of arrival. Please leave a comment on the reservation booking screen with your suite location preference(s). These requests can not be guaranteed, but our guest services team will do their best to fulfill your particular request(s).

Do you accept prepaid cards and debit cards? About My Trip Planning

For prepaid cards, we recommend that you have at least 20% over your payment due in order for our systems to read the cards. Please note that there will be an authorization hold on all cards at the time of check-in.

Debit cards are strongly discouraged. The use of a debit card at the time of check-in will initiate an immediate deduction from your bank account for the remaining balance of room and tax for your stay. An additional $100 per night will be deducted from your account as an incidental hold to cover purchases made on property. Upon check-out any unused funds will be credited back to your account. Based upon the business rules of your bank this may take up to 72 hours or longer to be processed. Great Wolf Lodge is not responsible for overdrafts or fees associated with your debit card.

What are your guidelines for swimwear? About the Water Park

Suitable swimwear is required for personal safety. Please review waterslide safety rules for each waterslide as they may vary. The Safety standards do not permit cover-ups, loose clothing, headwear, including Hijabs that wrap around the neck on select waterslides and attractions. Swim caps are allowed.

Does the resort offer child care? About the Lodge

We do not offer parent free day care or babysitting services.

Are rollaway beds or air mattresses available to reserve during stay? About the Lodge

Rollaway beds/air mattresses can be reserved by clicking "Rollaway Beds/Air Mattresses" on the Reservation page. Rollaway beds/air mattresses are complimentary up to one per suite. These are not available for KidKamp or Wolf Den Suites.

How can I purchase gift cards? About My Trip Planning

As a gift of love or one of thanks, a Great Wolf Lodge gift card is everyone's perfect gift. Use one to reward your favorite people. What amenities are in each suite? About the Lodge

Each suite at Great Wolf Lodge comes standard with microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker and hairdryer.

Are you still enforcing physical distancing? About Health & Safety Changes

Consistent with CDC guidelines, we require all unvaccinated guests to maintain physical distancing while at our resort and continue to have physical distancing markers throughout the resort for our guests’ convenience.

Does Great Wolf Lodge provide Sign Language interpretation services? About the Lodge

Sign Language interpretation services can be requested for shows and amenities with a minimum of 10 days advanced notice. Requests for interpretation services can be made by sending an email to the following address: veryimportantfamilyMA@greatwolf.com. Guests will be contacted prior to their visit to verify arrangements.

What is the smoking policy? About the Lodge

Smoking is not allowed in any area of the resort or water park, this includes the use of electronic cigarettes and smokeless tobacco. However, you may smoke outside on your private balcony or patio as long as you keep the suite door closed. A cleaning fee may be applied if this policy is not followed.

When can I cancel with no fee? About My Reservation

If the guest made the reservation for an arrival date of more than 10 days and calls back within 24 hours of booking the reservation, the guest can cancel with no fee. Applicable cancellation fees will apply for group bookings.

What does the Flex package cover and when can it be purchased? About My Trip Planning

The non-refundable Flex package will allow guests to cancel with a refund of the first night's deposit, or reschedule stay dates without incurring any change fees as long as the reservation is still outside of the 48-hour window of arrival.
It can only be purchased at the time of booking. It will not be available to add once the reservation has been booked or if it is less than 10 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Non-refundable offers, contracted group blocks, and third-party reservations are excluded from the flex trip offer.

Am I able to charge things back to my room? About My Reservation

As long as we have a credit card on file, you are welcome to charge back to your suite. Cards are authorized for $100 per night at check-in. If you exceed $100 dollars, your card will be authorized automatically to obtain correct balances. Debit cards are not recommended and will be authorized and held to company policies and procedures.

Are life jackets provided? About the Water Park

Coast Guard approved life jackets are available on a first come, first serve basis. We strongly recommend that children under 48 inches and weak or non-swimmers wear a life jacket. Please note that inflatable toys are not allowed in the water park.

Can my child use the water park if he/she wears diapers? About the Water Park

Diaper wearing guests are asked to wear a protective swim diaper. Please see a Pack Member for assistance. Parents: take children to the restroom often as polluting pools causes an unhealthy condition.

What time can you use the waterpark at Great Wolf Lodge? About the Water Park

How can I secure valuables during my stay? About the Lodge

Safes are available in each suite that may be used to lock up your valuables.

What is the minimum age requirement to confirm a reservation? About My Trip Planning

Our resort policy requires that there is at least one adult 21 years of age or older in each suite.

How secure is the web site when I'm booking online? About My Trip Planning

Does Great Wolf Lodge offer birthday party packages? About My Trip Planning

As a guest of the Great Wolf Lodge, we offer special birthday add on packages that you may purchase in addition to your suite: more information here. Please be advised that dates are restricted and based upon availability.

Does the resort have an ATM? About the Lodge

Great Wolf Lodge operates as cashless, so there is no ATM on-site.

Is my child safe in the water park? About the Water Park

We employ hundreds of lifeguards, which have extensive training in monitoring pools and operating rides. You may observe some of their regular drills performed during operation, which provides real-life practice. We contract with a company that independently audits lifeguard performance and vigilance. In addition, we would like to remind parents that although we have award-winning lifeguards, they are not a substitute for responsible parental supervision. Lifeguards are provided to monitor and respond to emergencies, but not to baby-sit children. Always keep your child within arm's reach and if your child is in the water, you should be too.

Are towels provided in the water park? About the Water Park

Towels are provided for your family in the water park as well as bathing towels in your suite. You may wish to bring a beach towel or cover up as we ask that the towels stay in the water park area. Towels in the water park are included but are subject to a fee if not returned.

¿Tienen chalecos salvavidas disponibles? Spanish / Español

Los chalecos salvavidas aprobados por la Guardia Costera están disponibles por orden de llegada. Are lockers available in the water park? About the Water Park

There are electronic lockers available to rent for a nominal fee in our locker room area. They come in a choice of three sizes: Standard, large and jumbo. Any items or luggage larger than a standard size suitcase should be kept in your room or vehicle.

Does the resort have a business center? About the Lodge

We have a small business center that may be used for Internet use and printing documents. This service has a nominal fee. Wireless Internet access throughout the resort is included with the resort fee.

How clean is the resort? About the Lodge

Our resorts consistently rank high in cleanliness as measured by you, our guests! Our housekeeping staff works hard to make sure each room is cleaned to the highest standards and to keep our common areas spotless. We use green cleaning chemicals that also meet disinfection standards. Our water park utilizes state-of-the-art water treatment equipment to ensure our water quality exceeds health code requirements and we sanitize our water park floors every day. We ask that guests shower before and after using the water park and we ask that guests follow the CDC's 6 Pleas for Healthy Swimming, which include taking children to the bathroom often and not swimming when ill. (www.healthyswimming.org) We also ask that diaper dependent persons wear a swim diaper. Our retail stores have swim diapers available for a nominal fee.

Are Pack 'n Play cribs available to reserve during stay? About the Lodge

Pack 'n' Play cribs can be reserved by clicking "Pack 'n' Play" on the Reservation page. Pack 'n' Play cribs are complimentary but are first come, first serve and cannot be guaranteed during high occupancy periods. Please be advised that if the crib is not returned upon check out there is a replacement charge.

Can we bring our own puddle jumpers/life jacket? About the Water Park

Guests are permitted to bring their own life jackets. Coast Guard approved life jackets are available on a first come, first serve basis. We strongly recommend that children under 48 inches and weak or non-swimmers wear a life jacket. Please note that inflatable toys are not allowed in the water park.

Will my family be required to wear a face mask during our stay if vaccinated? About Health & Safety Changes

No, face masks are not required are not required if a guest is fully vaccinated. Unvaccinated guests, including children ages 5+ who are unvaccinated, are required to wear a face covering in all areas of the resort except when dining, outdoors with proper distancing, or when enjoying the water park attractions.

Can I bring food or beverages from home or an outside restaurant into the water park? About the Water Park

No outside food or beverages are permitted in the water park. Please have a look at all dining options here.

Where do I go when I arrive at the lodge? About My Reservation

Upon your arrival to Great Wolf Lodge, you will proceed to the main building entrance where you will be greeted by one of our Pack Members. That is where you will receive your keys and water park wristbands.
