Niagara Lodge Update

We sincerely apologize for the short notice, but due to the aggressive spread of the Omicron variant throughout Ontario, Great Wolf Lodge, Niagara Falls will be temporarily closing its doors effective December 31, 2021 at 4pm.   Our last night for overnight stays will be the night of December 30, 2021.  The health and safety of our guests, pack members and community remain our top priority at Great Wolf Lodge. Due to the record amount of new cases in the province and a staggering 6-times increase in the daily average of new cases over the past two weeks, it is challenging for us to safely provide the robust guest experience our guests expect.

We anticipate that we will be in a position to reopen our resort on Friday January 28th, 2022.  We will update our guests should there be any changes or need to further extend the closure date. The reopening date will be based on health and safety metrics and guidance from health officials, to ensure we continue to place the wellbeing of our guests and pack members at the forefront.

Since reopening our resort 4 months ago, we have successfully implemented Paw Pledge health and safety program to safely deliver a memorable guest experience.

Although we believe this is the best course of action for both our guests and staff given the circumstances, we sincerely regret the negative impact this has on you, our Great Wolf Lodge families.  We again sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to welcoming you back when we are in a position to reopen our resort.

You should receive and email with details about how to cancel or change your reservation.  If you do not receive an email, please call us at 800.905-9653 and we can review your options with you.

Again, we sincerely apologize for postponing your Great Wolf Lodge getaway.  We look forward to welcoming you to Great Wolf Lodge in the future, and helping your family make some incredible memories together.
