Niagara Vaccination Validation Policy Update

As you know, the health and safety of our guests and pack members has been our guiding principle during this pandemic.  Additionally, we made a commitment to provide transparent and timely updates to our guests when making policy changes or modifications to our Paw Pledge pandemic response protocols.   

In accordance with Ontario Provincial Government and Chief Medical Health Officer guidance, starting September 22, 2021, the Great Wolf Lodge in Niagara Falls will require all guests 12 years of age and older to provide proof of being fully vaccinated in order to utilize the resort facilities.  The Ontario Provincial Government considers an individual as fully vaccinated 14 days following the final dose of an approved vaccine treatment

Upon entering the resort, guests will need to display either a paper record or receipt, or an official digital PDF version of their vaccination receipt showing full COVID-19 vaccination status along with a government issued photo ID.  These documents must be presented upon entering the resort. Arrangements cannot be made to electronically share these documents ahead of your stay.  All personal information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with provincial guidelines.

Children under the age of 12 currently not eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine are exempt and do not require any validations to enter the resort All inquiries and questions about this policy should be emailed to nfguestservices@greatwolfniagara.com. Emails will be answered within 48 hours.

We are looking forward to providing you and your family with a memorable getaway, but since this new vaccination validation requirement was implemented after you made your reservation, we are offering you the ability to change or cancel your stay with no penalties or fees.  We have temporarily instituted a Free Cancellation or Change Program that allows our guests to cancel or change a reservation with no fees or penalties if done so before October 1, 2021. 

If you would like move your reservation to different date, please call us at 800.905.9653 and we will help you find a future date at a comparable rate.  Alternatively, if you wish to cancel, please see the email we sent earlier with instructions on how to easily cancel your stay.
