Mason - Lodge Update

Some attractions and outlets are temporarily Closed

We have an important update about your upcoming stay at our Mason, Ohio resort. A water pipe ruptured on the 4th floor of our resort, causing isolated flooding in the arcade, Ten Paw family bowling, MagiQuest retail outlet, and our Woodfire Grill ala carte restaurant. These areas are temporarily closed as we begin the clean-up and restoration process. The indoor water park and other resort amenities are currently open and fully available to our guests, and we hope to get the flood impacted areas open as soon as possible.

We are implementing a different check-in process for guest arrivals today and asking guests to check-in at the main entrance of our Conference Center, as there was some flooding near the registration desk inside the lobby.

For guests who purchased a Wolf or Paw Pass, the MagiQuest game is open and we set-up a location near the water park where you can pick-up the MagiQuest wand included with your pass. However, the bowling and arcade are currently unavailable. If you wish, we can either replace your existing pass with a Pup Pass and credit the price difference as compensation for these attractions being closed, or void your pass and issue a full refund. Similarly, if you purchased the Ultimate Food & Fun pass, we can either extend an appropriate refund credit if you wish to maintain the pass, or again, we can void the pass and extend a full refund.

The flooding impact is contained to isolated areas of the resort, so we’re confident it will not impact your family’s ability to have a great visit, but if you wish to reschedule your visit for a different date – we are waiving all change fees and will help you find a future date at a comparable rate. Please call our customer care center at 800.913.9653 if you wish to change your stay date.
