Manteca Health & Safety Policy Update

We look forward to welcoming you and your family to Great Wolf Lodge!

As you know, the health and safety of our guests and pack members has been our guiding principle during this pandemic.  Additionally, we made a commitment to provide transparent and timely updates to our guests when making policy changes or modifications to our Paw Pledge pandemic response protocols.

The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) recently updated its COVID-19 guidance and, starting Wednesday, February 16, 2022, in accordance with this updated guidance, we will no longer require proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test for entry into the water park.  Additionally, we are aligning our face covering policy to the updated CDPH guidance, which offers individuals fully vaccinated against COVD-19 the option to not wear face coverings in either indoor or outdoor venues.  The updated face mask policy also goes into effect on February 16, 2022.

We continue to recommend all individuals wear face coverings while visiting public areas of our resort where physical distancing may be more challenging, and in accordance with the CDPH guidelines, we will require the use of face coverings for individuals not fully vaccinated against COVID-19 when inside our resort.  The only exceptions to the mask requirement for those not fully vaccinated include when actively eating or drinking, or actively enjoying water-based attractions in the indoor water park.  The CDC considers individuals as fully vaccinated two weeks following their final vaccination dose.

The CDPH guidelines specify that all individuals 2+ years of age who are not vaccinated should continue to wear a face covering while indoors.  As children under the age of 5 are not currently eligible for the vaccine, we will continue to require the use of face coverings for children ages 2-4 in all indoor venues, except in those circumstances noted above.

We are looking forward to providing you and your family with a memorable getaway, but since we updated our policies to align with the CDPH guidance, we are offering you the ability to change or cancel your stay with no penalties or fees.

If you would like move your reservation to a different date, please call us at 800.905.9653 and we will help you find a future date at a comparable rate.  Alternatively, if you wish to cancel your stay due to this updated policy, an email was sent to the address provided during the booking process, which includes simple, one-click to cancel instructions.   If you booked through a third party (Groupon, Expedia, etc.) any modifications to your reservation will need to be made through that third party provider.
