If the guest made the reservation for an arrival date of more than 10 days and calls back within 24 hours of booking the reservation, the guest can cancel with no fee. Applicable cancellation fees will apply for group bookings.
Our requirement is that children ages 2 and older wear a face covering, but we also understand this may be challenging for some children. For the safety and wellbeing of our guests and pack members, we ask parents to please be diligent with regards to face coverings for their children, but also understand if a child periodically pulls down their mask.
As part of our Paw Pledge program to safeguard our guests and pack members we now require all guests, ages 2 and older, to wear a face covering that fully covers their nose and mouth, and secures under their chin, while visiting our resorts. Guests are required to wear a face covering in all public areas of the resort except while dining, visiting outdoor areas where a physical distance of six feet is maintainable, or when actively enjoying the water park attractions.
Check-in time begins at 4 p.m. or as rooms become available. However, you are welcome to play in the water park as early as 1 p.m. In the event that your room is not ready, we recommend that you pack a smaller bag with bathing suits and swim gear and leave the rest of your luggage locked in your car.
