Great Wolf Lodge’s Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) is an accelerated rotational development path to a HR leadership role with Great Wolf Lodge.
This program is a pipeline for future HR leaders for Great Wolf’s current and future domestic and international resorts. Through a combination of hands-on experiences, structured learning and coaching you will be exposed to a broad array of disciplines within the HR function in hospitality and entertainment.
Upon successful completion of the program, participants are expected to be ready for HR Director role at one of our lodges.
This two-year program allows participants to complete 3 challenging 8-month rotations that will provide them with the experience and development needed to be HR Director level ready upon completion of the program.
The program has three 8 month rotations
Yes, this program will require you to relocate and experience at least 2 different lodges during the program. An ideal candidate will also be geographically mobile upon final placement after the program.
All HRLDPs will receive a relocation package to support their relocation during and post program.
