Our Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) is an accelerated development path to a leadership role in HR at Great Wolf Lodge.
This program is a pipeline for future HR leaders in our current and upcoming domestic and international lodges. Through a combination of hands-on experience, structured learning, and personalized coaching, you will gain familiarity with a broad array of disciplines with the HR field in hospitality and entertainment.
This two-year program helps participants complete in-depth, eight-month rotations across two or more lodges. Upon completion, they'll have the experience needed to assume the role of HR Director at one of our lodges.
