Safety Requirements

Height: 42 inches tall minimum. Guests between 42 and 48 inches tall are encouraged to wear a life jacket and must be accompanied by a supervising companion.
A supervising companion should accompany children at the entry or exit of the slide. Supervise young children at a safe distance from the end of the slide.
- The supervising companion must be 14 years of age or older and meet all posted attraction requirements.
- "Supervising companion" is understood to mean a person who is responsible for assuring that the child will comply with all applicable rules and regulations for the attraction.
Weight:
- One rider: 250 lbs maximum in a single tube or rear of a double tube.
- Two riders: 400 lbs combined maximum—smaller rider in front.
Be sure to protect your skin with sunscreen, even when it is cloudy, and reapply frequently. (Sunscreen is available for purchase in the gift shop.)

What is included with the cost of the suites?

When you stay at Great Wolf Lodge, your water park passes are included for each registered guest. These water park passes allow access to the water park through the day of your departure. The rate also includes access to all events. Parking is not included in the room rate.

Do you sell day passes to the water park?

Yes, you can purchase a Day Pass to enjoy the pools, slides and more in our 84 degree water park. Some properties may have special restrictions. Purchase your Day Pass here.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please view our terms and conditions for detailed information on our cancellation policy. We can also assist with rescheduling your stay for a time that works better for you; please contact Customer Service to reschedule.

Are water park passes included with stay?

Warnings

Landing pool is 3 feet 6 inches deep.
Riders will experience acceleration and deceleration while traveling forward and side to side.

Universal Water Slide Rules

For your safety, you should be in good health to ride.

Only you know your physical conditions or limitations. If you suspect your health could be at risk for any reason, or you could aggravate a pre-existing condition of any kind, DO NOT RIDE.
Pregnant women, guests with heart conditions, neck, back, bone/joint problems, high blood pressure, guests who have experienced a recent illness or surgery, and/or guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not permitted to ride/should not participate.

Hair must be properly secured.

Eyewear and loose articles (jewelry, clothing) must be secured or removed prior to riding.

Suitable swimwear is required. Any bathing suit with plastic/metal rivets or ornamentation is not permitted.

Footwear must be removed before participating in activities.

Great Wolf Lodge requires guests to obey all written warnings and directions and behave in a manner that will not cause or contribute to injuring themselves or others.

Failure to abide by these rules may result in injury to yourself and others and could result in removal from the water park.

For water park hours during your stay, please view our Indoor Water Park page. You can access the water park any time after opening on your arrival day and until closing time on your departure day.

How much is a water park day pass at the Great Wolf Lodge in Wisconsin Dells?

You can enjoy our entire indoor water park at Great Wolf Lodge in Wisconsin Dells, WI with a Day Pass. Please see our Day Pass Page for pricing on both Half Day and Full Day Passes. Passes are free for children ages 2 and under.

What is included in a stay at Great Wolf Lodge?

Great Wolf Lodge guests have unlimited access to our 84-degree indoor water park, filled with slides, pools, and more. Guests are also invited to enjoy free daily events and activities, including dance parties, arts and crafts, and story time. Our Adventure Park is also full of attractions available at an additional cost. Parking is not included in the room rate.

Are life jackets provided?

Coast Guard approved life jackets are available on a first come, first serve basis. We strongly recommend that children under 48 inches and weak or non-swimmers wear a life jacket. Please note that inflatable toys are not allowed in the water park.

Are towels provided in the water park?

Towels are provided for your family in the water park as well as bathing towels in your suite. You may wish to bring a beach towel or cover up as we ask that the towels stay in the water park area. Towels in the water park are included but are subject to a fee if not returned.

Are lockers available in the water park?

We do have a locker room with small lockers available for your use. The lockers are rented on a daily basis for a nominal fee. Larger items, such as luggage, will need to be kept in your room or vehicle.
