Things To Do in Sandusky, OH

There are tons of things to do in this midwestern location, including the world-famous Cedar Point. The 364-acre amusement park was originally opened back in 1870, making it the second-oldest operating venue in the United States.

Families can enjoy a scenic mile-long trip around the Cedar Point Peninsula on the coal-fired Cedar Point & Lake Erie Railroad, spin around and around on the Flying Ace Balloon Race, or splash around Castaway Bay. Thrill-seekers will also enjoy the many roller coasters located around the theme park. Some of the most popular rides include the Wicked Twister, Gemini, and Iron Dragon.
