With the development of our Health & Safety program, we’re prepared and ready to welcome you back. We’ve made changes to your stay and the way you’ll play so your health, safety and wellbeing are cared for. That’s our Paw Pledge.

We’ve made a commitment to ensure you can stay safe while you play. But to uphold a safe and healthy stay for everyone, we’re asking for your cooperation.

Before You Arrive

  • Postpone your visit if anyone in your party recently experienced a fever, ailment or any symptoms consistent with COVID-19. We are waiving fees for reservation changes due to family illness.
  • Bring your face mask as all guests, ages 2+, are required to wear a face covering that fully covers their nose & mouth, and secures under their chin in all public areas of the resort except while dining, visiting outdoor areas where a physical distance of six feet is maintainable, or when actively enjoying the water park.
  • Complete the Guest Health Screening Questionnaire that will be sent via email prior to your stay.
  • Download the Great Wolf app to use mobile check-in.

During Your Stay

Uphold our social distancing practices across the resort:

  • For children too young to understand or adhere to social distancing guidelines, we kindly ask for additional parental supervision and assistance throughout the resort.

Leverage our personal protection amenities provided:

  • Sanitize and wash your hands frequently
  • To further the use of face coverings, we will provide a complimentary mask for any guest who asks for one.  For inside the water park, the CDC recommends not wearing a cloth mask in situations where it may get wet.  
  • Download the Great Wolf app to leverage our contactless offerings:
    • Contactless food ordering and pick up from all Food & Beverage outlets
    • Access to hours of operations and Entertainment Schedule
  • Use your credit card or wristband for contactless payment during any in lodge transaction. Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment.
  • Use Willow, our virtual concierge, for a contactless way to help with all of your service needs.
  • Follow Pack directions and guidance when provided.

To uphold our health and safety measures, some services will be closed or suspended including: Fitness Center, valet and bell service, ATM, vending and ice Machines, and hot tubs.

We’re committed to keeping you safe while you play, and we have added enhanced health and safety measures for you and our Pack. However, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.  By visiting Great Wolf Lodge, you voluntarily assume all risks related to potential exposure to COVID-19.

Frequently Asked Questions

How are you handling the state travel restrictions?

We support governmental efforts being made to slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus, and we have extensive protocols in place to safeguard our guests and pack members through our Paw Pledge – but it’s difficult for us to enforce quarantine measures as we are unaware how long a guest has been in the state before arriving at our resort. We do ask our guests to honestly and accurately complete the wellness questionnaire prior to arrival, which includes direction to move or cancel their reservation if a member of their party is feeling unwell, may have been recently exposed to COVID-19, or has been directed to currently quarantine.

Will my family be required to wear face masks during our stay?

As part of our Paw Pledge program to safeguard our guests and pack members, we now require all guests ages 2 and older to wear a face covering that fully covers their nose and mouth and secures under their chin while visiting our resorts. Guests are required to wear a face covering in all public areas of the resort except while dining, visiting outdoor areas where a physical distance of six feet is maintainable, or when actively enjoying the water park attractions.

Do I need to bring a mask with me, or is one provided?

To ensure a proper fitting face covering that covers the mouth and nose and fits snuggly around the chin, we strongly recommend guests bring a face covering from home. If you forget to bring a face covering to the lodge, you can obtain one complimentary from the front desk or other select locations in the resort.

Why do you not enforce wearing masks in the water park?

We strongly encourage the use of a face covering when not actively enjoying the attractions in the water park, however, the CDC, along with state and local health officials, agree that face coverings should not be worn when in the water.
