Room check-in begins at 4:00 p.m., though you can arrive as early as 1:00 pm on the day of your arrival to access the water park. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m., unless you have purchased the 2:00 Late Check-Out option.

How do I get to the resort from Charlotte Douglas International Airport?

Our resort in Concord, NC, is located just 23 minutes from Charlotte Douglas International Airport, via I-85 N. Taxi services are available outside of the airport. Shuttle service is also available to book.

Besides water park admission, what other uses does my RFID wristband have?

Great Wolf Lodge water park wristbands are RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Device). This means you don't have to carry cash or room keys! You can use your wristband to open your suite door and charge food and beverages on your account. There may be fees associated with additional or replacement RFID wristbands.
