Lodge Updates at Naples

Hurricane Milton

As our valued guest, we wanted to make you aware that due to Hurricane Milton, there could be some potential disruptions during your upcoming stay at the Great Wolf Lodge in Naples.

  • Power Outages:  Florida Power & Light provides electricity to our resort.  If FPL experiences power outages due to the storm, there is a possibility our resort may be without power for extended periods of time.  While we do have a back-up generator available, its primary function is to provide electricity for critical resort functions such as emergency lighting for public areas and hallways.  If our resort loses power, we will be unable to open the water park, operate attractions, provide hot meals from our restaurants, and the guest rooms will not have power -- including air conditioning.
  • Limited Services:  Safety is always our primary concern. Therefore, we will strongly encourage our staff to adhere to any county mandated travel restrictions due to the storm.  A limited number of staff members will stay at the resort during the storm to provide basic support for our guests, but we may need to modify operations based on the number of available staff -- even if we don’t experience any power disruptions.

Due to these circumstances, we are offering all guests booked between Monday, October 7, 2024 and Thursday, October 10, 2024 the opportunity to cancel or change their reservation to a different date with no penalties or change fees.  If you wish to cancel or modify your reservation, you can do so by calling our Customer Care Center at 800.462.9653.
