Kansas City Face Covering Policy Update

On Thursday evening, the Board of Commissioners of the Unified Government Wyandotte County/Kansas City, Kansas rescinded the mandate requiring the use of a face mask when visiting indoor public venues.  The health and safety of our guests and pack members has been our guiding principle throughout this pandemic, and as such, our resort will still require the use of face coverings in indoor areas of our resort for individuals who not fully vaccinated against COVID-19.  However, with the rescission of the Wyandotte County mask mandate we will no longer require face coverings in our indoor public areas for individuals who are fully vaccinated.  The CDC considers an individual as fully vaccinated two weeks following their second vaccination shot of a two-dose series or the single shot of a one-dose vaccination. Consistent with the effective date of the Wyandotte County mandate repeal, this updated policy is effective starting on Friday, December 17, 2021.   Details about our face mask policy and other Paw Pledge protocols can be found at https://www.greatwolf.com/kansas-city/health-and-safety.
