We’re looking forward to welcoming you and your family to Great Wolf Lodge!
As you know, the health and safety of our guests and pack members have been our guiding principle during this pandemic. Additionally, we made a commitment to provide transparent and timely updates to our guests when making policy changes or modifications to our Paw Pledge pandemic response protocols.
The Board of Commissioners of the Unified Government Wyandotte County/Kansas City, Kansas issued a mandate Thursday, August 5, evening requiring individuals to wear a face mask in all indoor public venues regardless of vaccination status. This mandate takes effect starting Monday, August 9, 2021.
Our resort is in Wyandotte County. In compliance with the order, we are updating our face covering policy at Great Wolf Lodge Kansas City and will require the use of face coverings, regardless of vaccination status, in all indoor public areas of our resort for guests 5 years of age with the few following exceptions:
Acceptable face coverings must have at least two layers, fully cover the nose and mouth, secure under the chin, and fit snuggly along the sides of the face. Face coverings should not require the use of hands to hold in place, it should secure using ear loops, ties, or elastic bands. Face masks with exhalation valves, made with mesh material, cloth bandanas, veils, and costume masks are not acceptable. A similar face covering policy will apply to our pack members at the resort.
Because our face covering policy changed since you made your reservation, we are offering you the opportunity to change or cancel your reservation with no penalties or fees.
If you would like move your reservation to different date, please call us at 800.905.9653 and we will assist you. Additionally, you will receive an email with details on how to cancel your reservation if that is the option that works best for your family.
We hope you and your family are looking forward to your upcoming stay at the Great Wolf Lodge. If you have any questions about your upcoming stay, we encourage you to visit www.greatwolf.com.
