Great Wolf Lodge Extreme Weather Closure

The extreme cold temperatures we are experiencing in Texas, combined with a prolonged loss of power due to rolling blackouts, caused some water pipe damage at our resort in Grapevine. We have a repair crew currently on-site addressing the issue. Initial estimates indicate it will take several days to complete the necessary repairs and prepare our resort to welcome guests. Therefore, we need to extend the temporary closure of our resort and plan to reopen at noon on Thursday, February 25, 2021. 

There is no action for our guests to take at this time. We know this extreme weather event is presenting challenges for many Texans, and your focus should be on the safety and wellbeing of your family. As a courtesy, we placed any reservation deposit provided on hold until May 18, 2021, to give guests significant time to reschedule their getaway. When ready, guests can contact us at 866.671.9653 to reschedule their stay, or if a future visit is not possible, have their deposit refunded.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and look forward to welcoming our guests back soon. Until then, please stay safe during this truly unprecedented weather event.
