Lodge Refurbishment at Kansas City

Great Wolf Lodge in Kansas City is pleased to share that the resort will undergo an extensive exterior improvement project that is scheduled to begin April 12 and be completed on August 31, 2021. The exterior of the building will be refurbished to reflect a more contemporary lodge appearance, while still maintaining that beloved rustic feel that makes Great Wolf iconic.

What to Expect

The focus of the work is exclusively on the exterior portions of the building, so the only inconveniences guests may encounter during this refurbishment period are:

• Inability to access the outdoor balcony portion of their room
• Potential need to use alternate building entrances
• Some incremental noise during the scheduled work hours of 9:00 am and 7:30 pm
  

Guest experiences not being affected include access to:

• Indoor water park
• Attractions
• Entertainment offerings
• Restaurants
• Retail outlets
• Any other public spaces inside the lodge

All of these resort elements will be fully accessible to our guests.
