The Great Wolf Lodge in Grand Mound is currently without power due to a widespread regional power outage impacting nearly 12,000 homes and businesses. The timeframe for power to be restored remains fluid, with the last update indicating power should be restored by noon. We encourage guests to track updates via Puget Sound Energy’s website – PSE.com – for the latest status. Given the situation, we are encouraging guests to please delay their arrival time at the lodge until 3-4pm. If the power is restored by noon as indicated, it will take us some time to get the water park open and all of our resort amenities and attractions fully operational.
We also ask for patience as room availability may also be delayed, as we cannot get our housekeeping pack members to clean rooms until the power is restored. We thank you for your understanding, and if you wish to postpone your visit due to the power issue, our customer care center 833.901.9653 would be happy rebook your stay for another date with no change fees.
