Donate School Supplies and Get a Pair of Day Passes

Lend a helping paw to local families in need by donating a new, unused backpack filled with essential back-to-school supplies.  Help us support kids in our community, and we’ll give you a pair of water park Day Passes to enjoy a fun-filled getaway with your pack.

When: August 26^th & 27^th, 10 am – 2 pm

Where: All Great Wolf Lodges, Grand Lobby

What: A new backpack filled with school supplies

Suggested supplies:

• New Backpack [required]
• Crayons, Markers, Pencils, Pens
• Fidget toys, Stress Balls, or Equivalent​
• Glue (Sticks or Bottles)​
• Activity Books (Word Searches, Mazes, Crosswords, Coloring)
• Folders, Notebooks
• Small Dry Erase Boards, Dry Erase Markers​
• Stickers, Clips (Paper/Butterfly), Post-Its

Terms and Conditions: Great Wolf Lodge has the sole right to determine if a donation meets the criteria required for a voucher to be issued, and its decision will be final in all instances. Passes provided as part of this event will be valid from September 8, 2026 until December 17, 2026, between Monday through Friday of each week. Passes can be used at any United States Great Wolf Lodge location. Maximum of two (2) backpacks and four (4) day passes may be donated and issued per family, as applicable. Donator must be 18 years of age or older.  Voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, and has no cash value. Voucher cannot be combined with other offers. Voucher redemption is subject to availability; blackout dates and holiday restrictions apply. Travel and parking are not included. Vouchers must be redeemed online and presented at check-in. Voucher alone does not guarantee entry. Void if copied, altered, lost, or stolen. Voucher/code will not be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged, or used without authorization.
