NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED IN RANDOM DRAWINGS FROM AMONG ALL ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND OF THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR JURISDICTION OF RESIDENCE AND LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. VOID ELSEWHERE AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED IN A MANNER INCONSISTENT WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
BY PARTICIPATING IN ANY ASPECT OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO ABIDE BY THESE RULES AND THE RULES, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES OF THE SERVICE(S) SUCH ENTRANT USES TO ENTER THE PROMOTION AND ANY PLATFORM(S) AT WHICH AN ENTRANT MAKES A SWEEPSTAKES VIDEO SUBMISSION. AS USED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES “PLATFORM” MEANS THE PLATFORM(S) AN ENTRANT ELECTS TO USE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION, WHICH MAY INCLUDE, TIKTOK, INSTAGRAM, AND/OR FACEBOOK/META. FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES WILL VOID AN ENTRANT’S ENTRY IN THE SWEEPSTAKES.
1. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: The 3/1 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and of the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. Void elsewhere and wherever prohibited by law or in a manner contrary to these Official Rules. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Great Lakes Services LLC (“Sponsor”), its subsidiary and affiliated entities, advertising, and fulfillment agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Sweepstakes Parties”), and the immediate family members of each (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and spouse or "step" of each) and those living in the same households of each are not eligible to participate.
2. ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time on February 27, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on March 1, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Enter online during the Entry Period by using the promo code 31 when booking a future stay through the Sponsor’s website at www.greatwolf.com. Limit one Entry in the Sweepstakes per person regardless of means of Entry.
3. ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY: To enter the Sweepstakes without booking a stay, fill out the online entry form located here: https://www.greatwolf.com/3-1-sweepstakes/sweepstakes-online-form
4. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES; RIGHTS IN VIDEOS: By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree that you have read or had read to you these Official Rules and agree with them.
5. PRIZES: There are a total of ten (10) Prizes (defined below) to be awarded in this Sweepstakes. Each Prize will be for a one (1) night stay in a standard suite at a Great Wolf Lodge (excluding Great Wolf Lodge Niagara) for up to the suite capacity . Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $400 USD depending on date of stay and selected lodge location. Any person joining winner in the stay is referred to as a “Guest.” Entries submitted for one Prize drawing will not roll over into any other Prize drawings. The total ARV of this sweepstakes is valued at $4,000.00 USD.
Prizes must be redeemed by March 28, 2026 for stays through November 22, 2026 and are subject to advance booking requirements and blackout dates. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitution of prize by winner is allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to award prize (or portion of prize) of equal or greater value, in its sole discretion. Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for damages, losses, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize or participation in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to request from any entrant additional documentation it reasonably believes is necessary to validate any Entry or to award any prize. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the applicable winner’s or guest’s responsibility. Resort regulations and conditions apply. All federal, state, local, municipal taxes and any expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner or guest as the case may be.
6. ODDS OF WINNING; DRAWING DATES:
Ten (10) Entries will be selected in a random drawing to be held the week of March 2, 2026, from entries determined by Sponsor to have been made from online entries submitted during the Entry Period to award ten (10) total Prizes.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
7. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION: Tentative prize winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held as specified above and conducted by Sponsor or its designee(s). Within seven (7) days of the drawing, Sponsor will attempt to notify the entrant who has been selected in the drawing by phone at the number provided with the Entry. To be confirmed a winner, the selected entrant may be required to sign and return within seven (7) days of notification attempt, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) and affirmation of grant of rights (the “Affidavit”) or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be determined. Except where prohibited by law, each prize winner further grants to the Sponsor the right to use such prize winner’s name, photograph, voice, likeness and city of residence for purposes of advertising or promoting and publicizing the efforts and activities of the Sponsor and the Sweepstakes without further consideration and to release his or her name and city / town / state of residence to persons requesting the names of the winners of the Sweepstakes. Non-compliance or the return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Following timely receipt of the Affidavit and confirmation by Sponsor of compliance with the Official Rules, a selected entrant will be confirmed a winner and will receive the prize for which such entrant’s entry was selected. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant who has been selected as a tentative prize winner, Sponsor may choose to deem the entry to have been made by the “Assigned Account Holder,” that is, the individual person who is assigned the email account corresponding to the selected entry.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: No cash equivalent or substitution of any prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (available at https://www.greatwolf.com/terms) which are final and binding in all respects. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry or drawing process, and to cancel, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the state of Illinois, and participants agree that venue with respect to any dispute will be in Chicago, Illinois, and all claims must be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Chicago, Illinois.
9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor or Sweepstakes Parties resulting from participation in or attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes. No responsibility or liability is assumed by the Sponsor or Sweepstakes Parties for technical problems or technical malfunction which may affect the operation of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to any of the following occurrences: hardware or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or Internet connectivity or other online communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet service providers, servers, hosts or providers; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any email transmissions to be sent to or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted email transmissions; inaccessibility of any Platform(s); traffic congestions on the Internet; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, worms; or destruction of any aspect of the Sweepstakes, or loss, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of an account used in connection with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical errors in the announcement of prizes or these Official Rules. Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to user's or any other person's property resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, the entrant agrees to resolve any dispute relating to the Sweepstakes and any prize individually, without resort to any class action. By accepting a prize in the Sweepstakes, winners agree that the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Parties shall not be liable for any loss or injury resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize. Except if winner is a resident of TN, or where prohibited by law, by accepting prize, winner grants permission for Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use winner’s name, photograph, voice, image and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes, in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without additional compensation.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANTS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND THE SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES, FACEBOOK/META, TIKTOK AND INSTAGRAM FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH. EACH PARTICIPANT FURTHER AGREES THAT IN ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, THE SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES’ LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE COST OF PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR, THE SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES OR FACEBOOK/META, TIKTOK, AND INSTAGRAM BE LIABLE FOR ATTORNEYS’ FEES, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES AND EACH PARTICIPANT WAIVES THE RIGHT TO CLAIM ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER.
10. WINNERS LIST/RULES REQUEST: Winners will be announced by Sponsor on one or more Platforms. A Winners List and copy of the Official Rules can also be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope (except where not required by State law) to Isabel Rivera, Attn: “3/1 Sweepstakes” at the Sweepstakes Address before September 30, 2026. Limit one request per postage-paid outer mailer.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook/Meta, Instagram, or TikTok and any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor at the Sweepstakes Address, not Facebook/Meta, Instagram, or TikTok.
