After a successful completion of the program, participants will be placed into a key leadership role at one of our Great Wolf Lodge resorts.
Each lodge is unique based on its geographical location, size, and features offered. Participants will have the opportunity to work at 2-4 different lodges during their program. This type of exposure will be key to accelerating their career with the Great Wolf Lodge brand. Great Wolf Lodge will provide participants with relocation assistance for each new lodge assignment.
Each program participant’s assignments will be curated to meet their individual career goals. The assignments will be designed to stretch, challenge, and accelerate their growth, while also taking into consideration their personal preferences.
Great Wolf targets to hire 15 graduating college seniors into the program each year. This means at any point in time there will be 30 pack leaders in our Management Development Program. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will join a network of Management Development Program alumni.
Through a combination of hands-on experiences, structured learning, and coaching, participants will be exposed to a broad array of disciplines and leadership styles. Participants will experience a learning journey that will develop them as effective and strategic leaders in the entertainment and hospitality industry.
