Let’s face it, it hasn’t been easy to stay active over the past few months. Now that winter is here, things are about to get even more challenging. But with a new year comes new resolutions, and fitness deserves a slot on the list.
After all, it’s important we keep our bodies moving, even if that means doing so from home. To help you and your family stay in shape, we’ve teamed up with Lauren Gonzalez, mother of two and yoga teacher extraordinaire.
Lauren will walk viewers through some of our favorite yoga poses. This exercise is a great way to help beginners strengthen their skills. Follow along with her instruction to get in a great workout with the kids.
