Some of the credentials we’re looking for from Management Development Program participants include:

 

  • Passion for hospitality
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related area
  • Relevant internship or part-time work experience
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA 
  • Sharp business acumen
  • Strong intellectual & analytical skills
  • Growth mindset & forward thinking
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Geographic mobility
  • Unrestricted work authorization in the United States

Sample Program Rotations

Our program rotations are both fun and challenging, and provide the unique opportunity to sample a little bit of everything a career with Great Wolf Lodge could entail. Participants will be placed in a supervisor or manager role at a lodge with measurable goals and objectives for each assignment. Here are just a couple of examples of the experiences you may have.
