Reading Time: < 1 minute

Summer berries aren’t just full of flavor, they’re also loaded with fiber, vitamin C, and phytochemicals – tiny compounds that can actually help deactivate potential carcinogens! To help make sure you get your fill, we’ve put together an easy-to-follow, original recipe. Check out the instructions below!

Berry Yogurt Popsicle Recipe

You’ll Need:

  • 4 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¾ c granola
  • ¾ cup frozen berries
  • 2.5 cups plain unsweetened or Greek yogurt
  • Popsicle mold
  • Popsicle sticks

Step 1: Puree all of the ingredients in a blender until it’s nice and purple.

Step 2: Fill up your popsicle molds and put a popsicle stick in each one.

Step 3: Put in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until hard.

Step 4: Pop them out and enjoy!

Tip: run the mold under warm water for a second to get them out easier.
