Great Wolf Lodge has partnered with actor, producer and celebrity fitness enthusiast, Gabrielle Union, and her longtime trainer Gregg Miele to create a new family-friendly morning workout program.  Great Wolf Lodge’s new Adventure Training: Get Fit with the Great Wolf Pack is an energetic 15-minute workout that parents and kids can do together.  The workout is centered around the stories and characters from the animated film, The Great Wolf Pack, illustrating how fitness can be fun for the entire family!  Adventure Training is a complimentary morning activity available to every guest at all of our U.S. lodges. We’re looking forward to introducing everyone to Gabrielle’s fun-filled routine starting October 1st —and getting families moving right along with her!
