Yum, yum! We love a nice, cold tasty treat to cool down!

Lynn Lilly of the Craft Box Girls has created different ideas for six different, delicious popsicles. These treats are so easy to make! Just add the ingredients to the molds and freeze.

Remember, the vitamins found in fruits and vegetables help support higher grades, better memory and alertness and faster information processing. That means these healthy snacks are sure to keep spirits high and energies focused throughout the day!

Chocolate Banana Popsicle

Supplies:

  • Popsicle Mold
  • Bananas
  • Chocolate Pudding
  • Spoon

Time to Prepare: 10 minutes

Time to Freeze: Freeze overnight

Step 1: Scoop the chocolate pudding out with a spoon and place into the popsicle mold.

Step 2: Add bananas on top of the chocolate pudding in the popsicle mold.

Step 3: Freeze the popsicle mold in the freezer overnight.

Strawberry Yogurt Popsicle

Supplies:

  • Popsicle Mold
  • Strawberries
  • Yogurt
  • Spoon

Time to Prepare: 10 minutes

Time to Freeze: Freeze overnight

Step 1: Place the strawberries into the popsicle mold.

Step 2: Scoop the yogurt into the spoon and place in the popsicle mold on top of the strawberries.

Step 3: Add more strawberries on top of the yogurt.

Step 4: Freeze the popsicle mold in the freezer overnight.

Blackberry Lemonade Popsicle

Supplies:

  • Popsicle Mold
  • Blackberries
  • Lemonade
  • Spoon

Time to Prepare: 10 minutes

Time to Freeze: Freeze overnight

Step 1: Place the blackberries into the popsicle mold.

Step 2: Pour the lemonade into the popsicle mold over the blackberries.

Step 3: Add more blackberries on top of the lemonade.

Step 4: Freeze the popsicle mold in the freezer overnight.

Peach Kiwi Popsicle

Supplies:

  • Popsicle Mold
  • Golden Kiwi
  • Peaches
  • Peach Strawberry Lemonade
  • Blender
  • Spoon

Time to Prepare: 10 minutes

Time to Freeze: Freeze overnight

Step 1: Place the golden kiwi into the blender.

Step 2: Add peaches into the blender.

Step 3: Pour peach strawberry lemonade into the blender.

Step 4: Blend until smooth.

Step 5: Pour the blended smoothie into the popsicle mold.

Step 6: Freeze the popsicle mold in the freezer overnight.
