Hi, I've booked for 3 days 2 nits at PA location, can I purchase wrist band for my guest who just visiting us but not staying with us?
Hi In answer to your question, yes you may purchase an additional watr park pass for your guest as long as you are not exceeding the amount allowable for your room. The additional guest pass is $40.00 which include the water park and overnight stay in your suite. I hope that answers your question. Have fun. Debbie
Does a 2 year old need a waterpark ticket?
HI Jennifer, Guest 2 and under receive Complimentary Water Park passes, but must be inclued in the room count due to fire regulations. When making your booking do not include them in the number of children box, just add a comment that you have a child under 2 years old. I hope that answers your question, Have fun! Debbie
If you want to watch your grandkids have fun in the waterpark, do you have to pay admission?
Hello. All guests must have wristbands to be in the waterpark. 4-6 wristbands are included with each suite (depending upon the suite selected). Additional wristbands must be purchased for guests above the suite's base occupancy. Enjoy your visit! Kim
Good morning Dawn. Im' a single father with a 2 1/2 yr old daughter-she loves the water and we are very active together. Is she too young for this park, and if not where's the best place to stay? Thanks, Steve
Hi Steven, You and your daughter will have a wonderful time at Great Wolf Lodge! Kids and parents alike love the Cub Paw Pool with spray and play features,and the Whooping Hollow Kiddie Slides, Check the GWL website http://www.greatwolf.com/poconos/explore/activities for an explanation of each attraction including height restrictions. Don't miss pajama Story Time at 8:15, and the great Clock Tower Show at 10 am and 8:00 pm. I would suggest either staying in a family suite, or the Wolf Den Suite with a cave-themed sleeping area for your trip. Hope you have a great time! Dawn
What does the deck overlook? I noticed that most if not all rooms have a deck.
Hi Tonia, Good question! Most rooms have a private balcony or patio. One side of the Lodge overlooks the outdoor pool area and the other side overlooks the many trees of the Pocono Mountains. The building is in a wide 'V' shape and has the parking area in front of the building. Many rooms also overlook this too. No matter what room you have, patio or balcony, they each have two outdoor chairs and a white little table. I find we have mostly used the patio or balcony just to dry out our wet bathing suits. Though, one morning I did wake up before my family and sat outside and read for just a few minutes before they found me :) Have a great time when you go! Debbie G.
About how many days do you typically stay at Great Wolf?
It really depends on what you are looking for in your time away. Is this your once a year vacation or just a weekend away? My family and I have stayed as long as 5 nights and as short as 1 night! Generally, we stay a minimum of 2 nights and even then it's never enough for my two boys ages 13 and 9. We once went to the GWL in Williamsburg, Va. and stayed a week. We made GWL our home base and visited some historical sites for 1 day. The rest of the time we stayed at the resort. It was summer time so there were lots of family activites that the Great Wolf Lodge offered. We have stayed 5 nights in the Poconos, PA Great Wolf Lodge in the summer and we were never bored! There were lots of summer activities and on the weekends they had a DJ poolside. We did the Hokey Pokey in the pool and had a ton of fun! Whether you stay 1 night or more, one thing you can guarantee is FUN!
