Q Are advanced deposits for reservations required?
A

We require one night’s stay plus tax be paid as an advance deposit to hold the reservation. This can be paid by credit card. If you are making the reservation more than 4 weeks in advance, we can accept a money order for the deposit. Checks cannot be used as a form of payment at the lodge.

Great Wolf Lodge is not responsible for overdrafts or fees associated with your debit/credit card.

If your plans change at the last minute (or anytime within 72 hours of arrival), call us and we’ll try to rebook your trip for different dates. You would only forfeit your deposit if we couldn’t rebook your getaway at all, or you did not show for your reservation. You are subject to the best available rate on these new dates.
