I'm planning a trip to GWL in Niagara Falls, how many days do you recommend?
Whenever I go to GWL I always stay for 3 days and two nights minimum, if I am able I like to add an extra day, I do, this allows me to enjoy the Niagara area with still plenty of time in the Waterpark. The falls are beautiful all year long, in the summer there are great theatre, golf courses and museums in the area. Have Fun!

Reservations
We require one night’s stay plus tax be paid as an advance deposit to hold the reservation. This can be paid by credit card. If you are making the reservation more than 4 weeks in advance, we can accept a money order for the deposit. Checks cannot be used as a form of payment at the lodge.
Suite style preference must be booked at time of reservation.
Balcony/Patio suites can be reserved online by clicking “with Balcony/Patio” on Reservation page. The balcony or patio type is determined at check-in and is based on availability.
Children under 2 years of age are considered free for access to the water park and lodging, but they are considered occupants in the suite. When setting up a reservation online, we require the number of children under 2 to be listed.
For prepaid cards, we recommend that you have at least 20% over your payment due in order for our systems to read the cards. Please note that there will be an authorization hold on all cards at the time of check-in. Debit cards are strongly discouraged. The use of a debit card at the time of check-in will initiate an immediate deduction from your bank account for the remaining balance of room & tax for your stay. If you chose to have in-house charging an additional $250 per night will be deducted from your account. Upon checkout any unused funds will be credited back to your account. Based upon the business rules of your bank this may take up to 72 hour or longer to be processed. Great Wolf Lodge is not responsible for overdrafts or fees associated with your debit card.
Travel agents can receive a commission when reservations are booked through the Reservations Center or a GDS system using their IATA number.
Accessible suites can be reserved online by clicking on the "Show Accessible Suites" check box on Reservations page. Or you can contact the reservations department directly to reserve an accessible suite. We will be able to offer a variety of options to meet your needs!

When you stay at Great Wolf Lodge, your water park passes are included for each registered guest. These water park passes allow access to the water park through the day of your departure. The rate also includes entrance into Cub Club and access to our nightly Story Time.
When bad weather or a family member’s sickness inhibits you from your travel plans we will gladly rebook your getaway. However, If you cancel your reservation you will be refunded your deposit less a $30 processing fee so long as you cancel more than 72 hours prior to your arrival date. If your plans change at the last minute (or anytime within 72 hours of arrival), call us and we’ll try to rebook your trip for different dates. You would only forfeit your deposit if we couldn’t rebook your getaway at all, or you did not show for your reservation. You are subject to the best available rate on these new dates.

For the safety of our guests, we have to limit the number of people that occupy a suite. At Great Wolf Lodge, we do offer certain suites that can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. Infants are free of charge for water park access and lodging, but they are counted as an occupant in a suite.
Pre Arrival
Great Wolf Lodge does allow RV parking as long as you are a registered guest. We do not offers any hook ups or dumping stations.
Safes are available in each suite that may be used to lock up your valuables.
Parking at Great Wolf Lodge is free to our registered guests.
Veteran guests recommend a few essentials for the Great Wolf Lodge experience:

Resort
As long as we have a credit card on file, you are welcome to charge back to your suite.
Please leave a comment on the reservation booking screen with your air mattress request. Complimentary air mattresses are first come, first serve and cannot be guaranteed during high occupancy periods. (air mattresses are not available for kid themed suites.)
For the health and comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow any pets into the Lodge. If you would like information on full service kennels in the Niagara Falls area, select one of the links below or please contact us at 905.354.4888 Service animals as defined by the ADA are allowed in all areas of the resort. For the health and safety of our guests, service animals are not allowed in the pools and attractions of the water park.
Please leave a comment on the reservation booking screen with your crib request. Portable Pack 'n Play cribs are complimentary but are first come, first serve and cannot be guaranteed during high occupancy periods. Please be advised that if the Pack 'n Play is not returned upon check out there is a replacement charge.
Each floor has a designated vending machine and ice machine area.
Great Wolf Lodge water park wristbands are RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Device). This means you don’t have to carry cash or room keys! You can use your wristband to open your suite door and charge food and beverages on your account. Please be advised that Debit cards cannot be used for charging incidentals and there may be fees associated with additional or replacement RFID wristbands.
You do have the ability to dial out from suite phones. Local calls are included in your stay. There is a nominal fee for each long distance call.
Each suite has a microwave and an efficiency style refrigerator, approximately 3’ tall and 2’ wide with a small freezer compartment.
We have a fitness center, so bring your workout clothing. Our Iron Horse Fitness Room has treadmills, a recumbent bike, stretching mats and TVs to make your workout enjoyable.
There is an ATM in every Great Wolf Lodge. Please ask a pack member where it is located.

Our hotel public spaces, accessible rooms, and water park decks are ADA compliant. Temporary use of wheelchairs are are reserved for emergency situations only.
Pups At Play
Pups At Play Program is a NO Parents Allowed program for children ages 4-7years. It runs daily from 10:30am-11:30am. The children will enjoy circle time, make a craft, play games and enjoy a snack. The cost of the program is $12 per child. This is a great way for young cubs to be entertained while mom and dad complete the check out process. Spaces are limited so advance registration is recommended. All Camp Cub Club pack members are certified in Infant and Child CPR and First Aid.
PJ Party NO PARENTS ALLOWED!!
The PJ Party is offered every night in the Cub Club from 7pm - 9:30pm for children 4-12 years. This popular program includes crafts, VIP seating at Storytime in the Grand Living Room, and a custom PJ Party pillowcase that the kids colour and keep as a souvenir! The night is filled with lots of fun and games and a snack of popcorn and juice is provided. The best part is NO PARENTS ARE ALLOWED!!! The cost of this program is $30 for the first child and $15 for each additional sibling. Spaces are limited so please secure your spot as soon as possible to ensure you little cubs don't miss out on the fun! Children must be pre-registered in the Cub Club before 5pm. Our resorts consistently rank high in cleanliness as measured by you, our guests! Our housekeeping staff works hard to make sure each room is cleaned to the highest standards and to keep our common areas spotless. We use green cleaning chemicals that also meet disinfection standards. Our water park utilizes state-of-the-art water treatment equipment to ensure our water quality exceeds health code requirements and we sanitize our water park floors every day. We ask that guests shower before and after using the water park and we ask that guests follow the CDC's 6 Pleas for Healthy Swimming, which include taking children to the bathroom often and not swimming when ill. (www.healthyswimming.org) We also ask that diaper dependent persons wear a swim diaper. Our retail stores have swim diapers available for a nominal fee.

Grilling, birthday candles, or any other types of open flames are not permitted in suites, patios/balconies, or on resort grounds.
Wireless internet access is available throughout our lodge, which you can access from your room or common areas. Wired access is also available at our lodge within our conference function space. Internet access is included in your stay.
Each suite at Great Wolf Lodge comes standard with microwave, fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Excluding the water park, Cub Club and Story Time and MagiQuest, all additional amenities are open to the public. This includes our restaurants, and spas.
Elements Spa Salon is a full-service spa with a Zen-like atmosphere which features a variety of products. Get a massage, manicure, pedicure or facial. Reservations are recommended. There is also Scooops Kid Spa which specializes in manicures and pedicures for children 12 and under.
At Great Wolf Lodge we have a rule: Everything must be fun. Since that goes for learning too, we created Cub Club especially for your Wolf Pups. We’ve packed this kid haven with activities and crafts designed to enlighten and entertain your younger ones for hours. Hands-on programming, crafts, activities and custom souvenirs will give those cute, pruney little hands a break from the water park fun. An adult must accompany all children under age 18 while attending Cub Club activities.
Join us for the Great Forest Friends Show and Story Time! Make sure you wear your PJ's as you come on another GREAT adventure with our Forest Friends in the Grand Living Room. Then listen to two Great stories with Wiley or Violet. Every night at 8:00pm.
Smoking is not allowed in any area of the resort or water park. However, you may smoke outside on your private balcony or patio as long as you keep the suite door closed.
Great Wolf Lodge requires that you submit a letter of request on your charity's official letterhead. Please include the following information: When the event will take place, the number of attendees expected to attend and what type of event you will be hosting. The letter needs to be mailed or faxed to the property directly. Please allow 4-6 weeks for a response.
Check-in time begins at 4pm or as rooms become available. However, you are welcome to play in the water park as early as 1pm. In the event that your room is not ready, we recommend that you pack a smaller bag with bathing suits and swim gear and leave the rest of your luggage locked in your car. Stop by the front desk to let us know you’re here and pick up your water park wrist bands. There are lockers, showers, and changing areas available for your use in the water park. We require guest checking in to be at least 21 years of age. Photo ID is required upon check-in along with credit card for incidental charges.
Check-out time is 11 a.m. As our guest, please feel free to enjoy the water park facilities until closing. We recommend packing a smaller bag with bathing suits and a change of clothes and leave the rest of your luggage locked in your car.
The Trading Post gift shop sells a few essential toiletries in case you forget to pack them.
Waterpark
You are welcome to bring coolers to the lodge; however, they are not permitted in the water park area.
We provide courtesy Coast Guard approved lifejackets on a first come, first serve basis. We strongly recommend that children under 48 inches and weak or non-swimmers wear a lifejacket. Please note that inflatable toys are not allowed in the waterpark.
We do have a locker room with small lockers available for your use. The lockers are rented on a daily basis for a nominal fee. Larger items, such as luggage, will need to be kept in your room or vehicle.
Waterslides and our elevated attractions are not wheelchair accessible.
Because we do offer some rides that are considered to be extreme, we encourage you to view the restrictions for each attraction. We also discourage use of the hot tubs.
Towels are provided for your family in the water park as well as bathing towels in your suite. You may wish to bring a beach towel or cover up as we ask that the towels stay in the water park area.
No outside food or beverages are permitted in the waterpark, however, there are areas designated outside of the waterpark for guests to dine on their own food.
All children under the age of 18 should be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times in the water park.
Casts are allowed in the water park. There are requirements for certain rides for maintaining body positions such as grasping handles or keeping legs in position. These criteria, in addition to how the cast will contact the ride will determine your ability to wear a cast on a ride.
Here at Great Wolf Lodge, our water parks are reserved exclusively for our registered guests. This is our way to avoid overcrowding and long lines.
We employ hundreds of lifeguards, which have extensive training in monitoring pools and operating rides. You may observe some of their regular drills performed during operation, which provides real-life practice. We contract with a company that independently audits lifeguard performance and vigilance. In addition, we would like to remind parents that although we have award-winning lifeguards, they are not a substitute for responsible parental supervision. Lifeguards are provided to monitor and respond to emergencies, but not to baby-sit children. Always keep your child within arm's reach and if your child is in the water, you should be too.
The indoor waterpark is open September through June 9am to 8pm Sunday through Thursday and 9am to 9pm Friday and Saturday. In July and August 9am to 9pm 7 days a week. You may start using the waterpark at 1:00PM on the day of check in until close on the day of departure.

We recommend that you bring bathing suits, aqua socks, or flip flops for the 84-degree water park. Our lodge is considered casual but we do ask that when you are outside of the water park that shirts and shoes are worn.
