Hi Donna I have been buying the entertainment book for years! Sad to say that in looking I did not find a discount for the GWL. There are ways to get discounts at the Lodge in PA - first make sure you sign up for E-Pack. The sales will be delivered right into your inbox. Second - like GWL on Facebook. This is another place that sales are posted. And always check on the "deals" tab on the GWL website. If you have the ability to be a bit flexible with your dates, you should be able to find some savings. Hope that helps Have fun!

What date does the outdoor pool open in Charlotte?

Hi Lea! Raccoon Lagoon typically is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day each season weather permitting. The hours usually vary, but it will be listed in your edition of Lodge Life when you check in. This is one of our family's favorite attractions about GWL. There's something for everyone in our family there - water basketball for our 14-year old son, swimming for our 9-year-old daughter, fountains for our 4-year-old, and sun for the parents! What is Paw Pass and can you tell me about the magiquest? Are these not included in the price of your room? Thank you

Hello Brenda. The Paw Pass is a Great Wolf Lodge Logo Badge that is worn around your child's neck with a lanyard. The pass does not come with the room price, but can be purchased when booking online for $65.34. It also can be purchased at the Lodge. The pass consist of activities listed on the pass that the kids can do throughout the Lodge. The activities included are the MagiQuest Game and wand, color your own t-shirt or pillowcase in the Cub Club, stuff an animal at the Great Wolf Stuffing Station (like Build A Bear), a bag of rocks (gems), a glitter tattoo, 32 tokens for the arcade, and a Kandy Kup. My kids love it! When they do the activity, the pass is "punched" for that activity. MagiQuest is a live action game that lets you pretend you're a wizard with a wand on a mission to defeat a dragon and a goblin, befriend a pixie, gather gems and coins, etc. This game comes with a booklet that shows you where to go. The kids just point the wand at objects throughout the three levels of the Lodge and the object comes to life or illuminates. It really is a lot of fun and the kids enjoy it as a break from the waterpark activities. Tami Jensen
