Lodge Closure Updates

Great Wolf Lodge Pocono Mountains Temporarily Closed Until January 4, 2021

The health, safety, and wellbeing of our guests, pack members, and the communities we serve have always been our guiding principle at Great Wolf Lodge. The state of Pennsylvania recently introduced new statewide restrictions as part of its COVID-19 mitigation efforts. This new order indicates indoor entertainment and recreational facilities must temporarily close. Therefore, in accordance with this order, we will temporarily close our Pocono Mountain resort on December 12, 2020, and plan to reopen when the order expires on January 4, 2021.

Since reopening in June, our resort has worked diligently to safeguard our guests and pack members with our Paw Pledge Program. However, with COVID-19 case counts on the rise in Pennsylvania, the state is taking broad action to mitigate the further spread of the virus, and as a strong community partner, we will continue to support these efforts.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and hope you and your family stay healthy and safe. We will continue to provide our guests with updates on our reopening plans once we have more details. We will automatically place any reservation deposits during this temporary closure period on hold to allow guests time to consider moving their reservation to a future date. Alternatively, guests who feel they will be unable to enjoy a future getaway to Great Wolf Lodge can call 866.651.9653 for a refund of their deposit.

Thank you for your support. We hope you have a joyous holiday season. We look forward to helping you and your family make some incredible memories together at our Great Wolf Lodge in the Pocono Mountains when we reopen in the New Year. Until then, we invite you to enjoy some unforgettable family moments at home with a collection of holiday activities inspired by our Snowland celebration at the lodge.
