A Note from Executive Chef Hany Ali:

I was born and raised in Egypt, where I developed a passion for culinary arts at an early age. I began my apprenticeship at age 14 and graduated from the International Culinary Institute before I traveled extensively in Europe and Asia, exposing my palate to as many different cuisines as possible.

Much of my career was spent at The Four Seasons Hotel in Newport Beach, California, and cooking for the guest families at Great Wolf Lodge is an exciting change.
