As part of our Paw Pledge Program, it is mandatory that all Great Wolf Lodge guests ages 5 and older wear a face covering while visiting our resorts. Guests must wear a face covering in all public areas of the resort with few exceptions, including:
NOTE: Pennsylvania, Illinois, and California require the use of face coverings for individuals ages 2 and older, therefore the use of face coverings at our resorts in those states is mandatory for guests ages 2 and older.
Acceptable face coverings must have at least two layers, fully cover the nose and mouth, secure under the chin, and fit snuggly along the sides of the face. A face covering should secure using ear loops, ties, or tension or elastic bands and not require the use of hands to hold in place.
Types of Face Coverings Not Allowed at Great Wolf Lodge:
We are deeply committed to safeguarding our guests and pack members while at our resort, and greatly appreciate our guests’ support of our face covering policy, as well as all other protocols in place with our Paw Pledge Program.
To ensure a proper-fitting face covering that covers the mouth, nose, and fits snuggly around the chin, we strongly recommend guests bring a face covering from home. If you forget to bring a face covering to the resort, you can obtain one complimentary from the front desk or other select locations in the resort. We also offer Great Wolf Lodge-branded cloth masks in various sizes for sale at our retail outlets.
Yes, we allow gaiters as long as they have two layers of fabric, or can be folded to provide two layers of coverage over the nose and mouth area. All face coverings must fully cover the nose and mouth, secure under the chin, and fit snuggly along the sides of the face.
No, face coverings are required only in the public areas of the resort. Face coverings are not required in the privacy of your room.
For the health and safety of all our guests and pack members, we require any guests with a medical condition unable to wear a face mask to wear a face shield while in the designated public areas of our resort. While we prefer guests to bring a face shield from home to ensure proper fit, we do have shields for sale at cost at the resort.
If a guest is unable or unwilling to wear a face mask or face shield, we would require them to remain in their guestroom for their stay, or alternatively, we could move your reservation with no fees or penalties to a future date when it is less likely we will have these requirements in place. We could also cancel your reservation in accordance with our Travel Flexibility policy.
