Important Guest Experience Updates

On Friday, November 27, 2020, El Paso County will move into Level Red on the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment COVID-19 dial. Since Great Wolf Lodge always places the health and safety of our guests first, we consulted with the El Paso County Health Department to clarify how Level Red applies to our business.

There are a number of modifications to the overall resort experience, in addition to the health and safety measures outlined in our Paw Pledge Program, that we want to make you aware of.

  • We will not be performing any of our entertainment events in the lobby, including Yoga Tails, The Forest Friends Show, or Story Time. Pre-packaged craft projects will be available for families to assemble in their suite.
  • The following attractions in the Great Wolf Lodge Adventure Park will have a maximum capacity of 10 people and require a reservation, including Ten Paw family bowling, Howlers Peak ropes course, Rustic Ridge climbing wall, Howl-In-One miniature golf, and Oliver’s Mining Adventure. Pack Members will assist guests in making reservations for an attraction in the Adventure Park.
  • The Northern Lights Arcade will be temporarily closed.
  • All food outlets at the resort will exclusively offer take-out service. We’ll be discontinuing service at our dine-in restaurants and will only offer takeaway food service options. Guests can place their order at one of our food outlets or through the Great Wolf Lodge app, and will be encouraged to consume their meal either in the comfort of their room at a socially distanced table located in public areas of the resort. All bar and beverage service will also be limited to takeaway options. Guests who pre-purchased dining packages will be able use their dining credits toward carry-out food purchases and benefit from the pre-purchase discount.

We apologize and understand these modifications will create a different Great Wolf Lodge experience than our guests are used to, however, we are confident it will not interfere with your family’s ability to have a great time at our resort.

The health and wellbeing of our guests is our top priority, and we are committed to keeping families safe while they play together at our resorts with our company-wide Paw Pledge Program. This program—developed with the assistance of medical professionals, disinfection experts, and industrial engineers—includes new procedures focused on disinfection and sanitization, social distancing, personal protection, and minimizing surface interactions in all guest areas across the resort.

When you’re ready, we look forward to welcoming you and your family to our resort.
