Cancellation and Change Policy

Standard Cancellation Policy:

• 15% of deposit (cancelled 7+ days before arrival)
• 30% of deposit (cancelled 4-6 days before arrival)
• Deposit forfeiture (cancelled 0-3 days before arrival)

Flex Cancellation Policy:

• Free Cancellation (cancelled 3+ days before arrival)
• Deposit forfeiture (cancelled 0-2 days before arrival)

All reservations on all rate codes/rate plans made at least 10 days before arrival have a 24 hour grace period for cancellation and changes.

Standard Change Fee Policy:

• $15 change fee to move the reservation to a different date or hold date (subject to the prevailing rate of new stay date)

Flex Change Fee Policy:

• No change fee to move the reservation to a different date or hold date (subject to the prevailing rate of new stay date)
• $15 change fee within 2 days before arrival
