A glow-in-the-dark PJ dance party is just what the kids need in lieu of a sleepover with friends. It&#8217;s also a great way to make sure they burn off the last of their energy before bedtime!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Check out the activities listed below. Incorporate your favorites into your New Year&#8217;s Eve bash. Or do all eight during the party. No matter how many you get through, you&#8217;re in for a good time!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Glow-In-The-Dark NYE PJ Dance Party<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Remember, with everyone at home right now, dancing and PJs are both having a major moment. Here are some great ideas to combine the two and have a blast jammin\u2019 out in your jammies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Light Up Dance Floor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greatwolf.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/LightUPDanceFloor_v2.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7034\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Now that the sun\u2019s down, it\u2019s time to get the PJ party glowing. Start by assembling a little d\u00e9cor. Simply blow up balloons, insert glow sticks and use them to light up the dance floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Light Up PJs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once everyone\u2019s in their PJs simply tape on glow sticks to your arms, legs, head and body. Turn out the lights and dance! Capture your moves in a video, upload it to TikTok or Instagram and tag us, superstar! Glowin&#8217; Tic Tac Toe<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Now it\u2019s time to play Glowin\u2019 Tic Tac Toe!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greatwolf.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/TicTacToe.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7033\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Materials Needed:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Glow Sticks<\/li><li>Clear Tape (optional)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1:<\/strong> Use your glow sticks to create a 3&#215;3 grid. You can do this by placing two glow parallel vertically, side by side, and crossing them with two more. In total, you should be left with 9 squares. Use connectors to turn your glow sticks into circles. We suggest using 45&#8243; and 90&#8243; measurements, but you can adjust based on your living space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2: <\/strong>Spread both pieces of fabric out on a flat surface and connect using masking tape, leaving enough slack at the end to create a tail. Double back to the fabric to cover the sticky side. This is what the kids will pull during the balloon drop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3: <\/strong>Using masking tape and a step stool, connect all four corners of your fabric to the ceiling. Let the fabric hang down a bit, that way, you&#8217;ll have enough room to add the balloons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 4: <\/strong>Start filling up your balloons and confetti. This can get a little messy, so make sure to have a vacuum handy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 5: <\/strong>Place the balloons in the basket of fabric.
