Of course, adults aren&#8217;t the only ones dealing with the repercussions of when two worlds collide.<\/p>\n<p>Kids must also find ways to separate their academic experience from time spent relaxing at home, even if the two happen to take place in the same environment.<\/p>\n<p>We recently teamed up with creative living expert Lynn Lilly to incorporate a little something fun into the before-bed ritual.<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Remember, sleep helps promote cognition and focus, allowing students to more easily digest new information. Check out the instructions below to get started.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supplies:<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yarn (4 different colors)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plastic Beads<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sequin Ribbon<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Embroidery Hoop<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Embroidery Floss<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scissors<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Feathers<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Liquid Glue<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">White Felt<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Step 1:<\/strong> Wrap the entire embroidery hoop with the white yarn. Continue crossing the yarn in a star-shaped pattern. Glue the white felt carefully to form a rose. You can also tie sequin ribbon for a touch of glitter and glam. Add as many tassels of yarn and sequin ribbon as you wish.
