You’ll need: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 tbsp of melted unsalted butter<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 cup of flour<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bd tbsp of sugar<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bd tsp of baking powder<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bd tsp of salt<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bc tsp of baking soda<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bd cup of milk <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bd cup of sour cream<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 eggs<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Directions: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Preheat the waffle iron. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. In a large bowl: whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. In a smaller bowl: whisk together the sour cream, milk, melted butter, and eggs.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Mix the milk, butter, and egg mixture into the large bowl.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Pour \u00bd cup of the waffle batter into the waffle iron. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
