I have four sons. 15,13,11 and 9. I am a little worried that my 15-year-old might get bored of the water park. We plan to stay two days. We are not going to add any kind of package deal for other entertainment. Did your 15-year-old son like the park?
Dear Darla, Happy New Year! I am 39 years old and still love a good waterslide...who doesn't? If he does get bored with swimming there is the arcade and MagiQuest. My son loves the freedom he has at the park. The property is big enough for him to have independence but small enough to keep him out of trouble. If you are worried you could always have him bring a friend. Howla! Tara Gates
Our kids are 12 and 13, can they be unattended at the waterpark or at the arcade?
Hi Karen, This is a great question and I must say that the park does require that your children be accompanied by an adult. At that age they don't require that you be with them all the time but you do need to be in the park while they are. Some of the Lodges I know have a new system with red, yellow and green wristband that dictate which rides the children can ride and need parents with. Otherwise you do need to be with them while they are in the park. Hope this helps Karlyn B
If kids designed your family room, it would probably look something like this. The bright lights of our sprawling, family-friendly arcade is packed with a variety of games designed to bring out the inner child in everyone. Plus, we've included exciting games of skill for the older kids, as well as fun games of chance for the little ones, meaning everyone can redeem tickets for prizes.
