Open for lunch and dinner, Gitchigoomie Grill can prepare a meal to satisfy any Northwoods appetite. The kids’ menu feature perennial favorites like mac ‘n’ cheese, pizza, burgers and PB&J. Adults feast on appetizers, soups, salads, burgers, steaks, pasta and other specialties from the grill. Amid the rustic ambiance is a full-service bar with three TVs. (Sometimes, you just gotta know the score of the game.)
With so many slides to choose from, it’s easy to work up an appetite. Luckily, you don’t even have to leave the waterpark. Head here for cheeseburgers, hot dogs, pizza, hot pretzels, soft drinks, adult beverages and more.
Satisfy your rumbly tummies at our Bear Paw. We offer a variety of delectable treats from 15 kinds of home made fudge made daily, Edy's Ice Cream, Douwe Egberts gourmet coffee and all kinds of pastries. Open daily and located in our Grand Lobby.
Open daily for a family style breakfast. If you wake up hungry like a ... you know what ... head for the giant breakfast spread at the Lumber Jack’s Cook Shanty. Pile your plate(s) with made-to-order omelets and waffles, hash browns, bacon, muffins, cereal, fruit and more.

What if I need to cancel my reservation? You will be refunded your deposit less a $25 processing fee so long as you cancel more than 72 hours prior to your arrival date. If your plans change at the last minute (or within those 72 hours), call us and we’ll try to rebook your trip for different dates. You would only forfeit your deposit if we couldn’t rebook your getaway at all.
When does the waterpark open? Hours can vary seasonally, so check your copy of “Lodge Life” at check-in.
What's for Dinner / Lunch? Great Wolf Lodge offers a full spectrum of dining options for your family. Gitchigoomie Grill is our Canadian fishing lodge themed family restaurant offering lunch, dinner, and cocktails. Lumber Jack's Cook Shanty feature all-you-care-to-eat family-style dining daily for breakfast and for dinner during peak periods. And, if you can’t get the kids out of the waterpark, enjoy the Klondike Cafe Snack Bar.
How many lifeguards do you have? You’ll see the 100’s of lifeguards we employ as part of our Risk Management Program and you may observe some of the regular drills and tests performed during operations. What you may not see, is the extensive training and certification these guards receive through aquatic risk management authority Ellis & Associates. Ellis & Associates also performs multiple unannounced operational audits each year testing our professionalism, scanning techniques, rescue skills and emergency response.
