I have to take the time to post this. I am so impressed with the Customer Service I received over the last couple of days with Great Wolfs 1800# . My husband is in the process of returning home from a long deployment. We planned a trip to Great Wolf as a mini-vacation. As his arrival approached his ETA kept being pushed back by 24 hours. Over the course of 3 days I was on the phone with Customer Service nearly 5 times. Every time I was on the phone the rep was so kind and patient. Every single person I spoke with thanks myself and my husband for our service. Not only did they change my reservation over 3 times we ultimatly had to cancel it due to the Holiday weekend and the uncertainy of his return. We were able to put a hold on our reservation so that when he does come home we can reschudule. So from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU!

Most of the time if u call the lodge u r going to and ask to speak to someone int he kitchen or email someone there they will help u out with making special meals if needed!!
