I know check in is at 4pm but I would like to check in earlier so we can spend the entire first day at the water park. How early can we check in?
Hi Yvette, Even though check in is at 4:00pm you can still use all the facilities as soon as you arrive! Just go to the front desk in the lobby and let them know you have arrived. You will the be given a temporary wrist band for the water park for you and your family. What I usually do with my family is pack a separate bag with our bathing suits and flip flops. You don't even need to bring your own towels, they are provided inside the water park and are usually nice and warm out of the dryer! You can than check with a guest phone right outside the water park near the pizza place to see if your room is ready later on in the day. This allows you to use all the facilities and not wait around for your room all day! We usually try and arrive before noon to make the most of the day! I hope this answered your question. Have fun! Check-In Time
Check-in time begins at 4pm or as rooms become available. However, you are welcome to play in the waterpark as early as 1pm. In the event that your room is not ready, we recommend that you pack a smaller bag with bathing suits and swim gear and leave the rest of your luggage locked in your car. Stop by the front desk to let us know you’re here and pick up your waterpark wrist bands. There are lockers, showers, and changing areas available for your use in the waterpark. We require guest checking in to be at least 21 years of age. Photo ID is required upon check-in along with credit card for incidental charges.
