Check-in time begins at 4pm. However, you are welcome to play in the waterpark as early as 1pm. In the event that your room is not ready, we recommend that you pack a smaller bag with bathing suits and swim gear and leave the rest of your luggage locked in your car. Stop by the front desk to let us know you’re here and pick up your waterpark wrist bands. There are lockers, showers, and changing areas available for your use in the waterpark.

We require guest checking in to be at least 21 years of age. Photo ID is required upon check-in along with credit card for incidental charges.

Check-out time is 11 a.m. As our guest, please feel free to enjoy the waterpark facilities until closing. We recommend packing a smaller bag with bathing suits and a change of clothes and leave the rest of your luggage locked in your car. For your convenience we offer express check-out via your room phone or TV LodgeNet services.

Our resorts consistently rank in the top 5% of resort hotels in cleanliness – as measured by you, our guests! Our housekeeping staff works tirelessly to ensure each room is cleaned to the highest standards and to keep our common areas spotless. Our waterpark utilizes state-of-the art water purification equipment to ensure our water is as clean as possible for our guests. To minimize the noxious effects of chemicals like chlorine, Great Wolf has developed industry-leading technology to balance effectiveness and guest comfort. We use ultra-violet purification technology to ensure that viruses and bacteria that could escape chlorination are effectively eliminated. Lastly, our cleanliness standards require that we enforce our rules regarding swim diapers: all diaper dependant guests must wear waterproof swim diapers while in our waterpark area. Our retail stores have swim diapers available for a nominal fee.

You’ll see the 100’s of lifeguards we employ as part of our Risk Management Program and you may observe some of the regular drills and tests performed during operations. What you may not see, is the extensive training and certification these guards receive through aquatic risk management authority Ellis & Associates. Ellis & Associates also performs multiple unannounced operational audits each year testing our professionalism, scanning techniques, rescue skills and emergency response.

The indoor waterpark is open September through June 9am to 8pm Monday through Thursday and 9am to 9pm Friday through Sunday.  In July and August 9am to 9pm
7 days a week.  You may start using the waterpark at 1:00PM on the day of check in until close on the day of departure.   Check in to your suite begins at 4:00PM; therefore, we recommend locking your luggage in your car and bringing in a small bag with your bathing suits so that you can begin playing in the park.  Check out is at 11:00AM the day of departure but you may continue to use the waterpark and lodge amenities until close.

Elements is a full-service spa with a Zen-like atmosphere. Get a massage, manicure, pedicure or facial. Reservations are recommended. Click for our menu of services.

We do not have a business center for Internet use or printing documents; however, Wireless Internet access throughout the resort is provide with your stay.

In-Room Cub Care

We offer In-Room Cub Care for all ages in the time slot of your choice.  In-Room Cub Care is $15.00 per hour for one child and $5.00 per hour extra for each additional child.  Availability of Cub Care is based on a first come first serve basis.  If you do require Cub Care we ask that you email or call ahead of time to ensure staff availability.  All Camp Cub Club pack members are certified in Infant and Child CPR and First Aid. 

Day Programs

We offer 3 Day Cub Care Programs for children ages 4-12yrs.  Choose from Bugs on a Rug, Tiny Timbers and even a Jr. Lifeguard Program.  The programs are a two hour service where parents can feel secure in leaving their children in a safe, fun, friendly environment so that they can have the opportunity to enjoy other amenities of the resort.  Cub Care is $15.00 per hour for one child and $5 per hour extra for each additional child.  All Camp Cub Club pack members are certified in Infant and Child CPR and First Aid.

Our lodge and areas of the waterpark are ADA approved.  However, we do not have wheelchairs available for guests' use.

Our lodge is exclusive to our guests; therefore, we do not offer birthday party packages that include daily access to our waterpark.  As a guest of the Great Wolf, we do offer special birthday add on packages that you may purchase in addition to your suite.  You will have the option to add on these packages when booking your suite online or over the phone with one of our reservation agents.

You may also invite friends or family to play in the waterpark with you during your stay.  Guest passes are $40 each per day and you may purchase one guest pass per registered guest (3yrs+) in your suite.

Great Wolf Lodge offers a wide range of dining options for the whole family. Our Antler Shanty Grub and Camp Critter Bar and Grille are open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you’re a family on the move you can pick up a snack or lighter meal option in Canoe Coffee off the Grand Living room or Bear Claw Cafe outside the water park. If you are looking to indulge we have a Pizza Hut Express outside the water park or our Spirit Island Cafe conveniently located inside the water park. Crazy Loon is also available for your dining pleasure seasonally on the patio at our outdoor pool.

Cub Club offers edutainment crafts and programs that teach kids about nature and the creatures of the Northwoods. It’s a Great Wolf tradition where kids can make it, watch it, hear it, play it, read it, try it and often take it home as a souvenir. Check the “Lodge Life” guide you’ll receive at check-in for activities which change daily. An adult must accompany all children, ages 14 and under, while attending Cub Club activities.

P. J. Party - NO PARENTS ALLOWED. Join in on the fun every night 7-9:30 p.m.  Experience the best of Colour Your Own items and painting crafts. Head to the Forest Friends Show and then story time with the group, then kick back with popcorn & juice.  Inquire with the Cub Club for availabilty, for ages 4-12yrs. Pre-registration is mandatory before 5pm on day of party. Spaces are limited.

We have a fitness center, so bring your workout clothing. Our Iron Horse™ Fitness Room has treadmills, an elliptical trainer, a recumbent bike, weight machines, stretching mats and TVs to make your workout enjoyable. 

We do have a locker room with small lockers available for your use. The lockers are complimentary and available first come first serve. Larger items, such as luggage, will need to be kept in your room or vehicle.

There are coin-operated laundry machines at the lodge.  There are also spinners located in the waterpark to dry swimsuits.

Each suite has a microwave and an efficiency style refrigerator, approximately 3’ tall and 2’ wide with a small freezer compartment.

Our TVs are not compatible with outside DVD, video or video game consoles. Movies, Nintendo games and music may be purchased in your suite via our LodgeNet system.

Great Wolf Lodge waterpark wristbands are RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Device).  This means you don’t have to carry cash or room keys!  You can use your wristband to open your suite door and charge food and beverages on your account.  Please be advised that Debit cards cannot be used for charging incidentals and there may be fees associated with additional or replacement RFID wristbands. 

Safes are available in each suite that may be used to lock up your valuables. 

The Trading Post gift shop sells a few essential toiletries in case you forget to pack them.

Wireless internet access is available throughout our lodge, which you can access from your room or common areas. Also, wired access is also available at our lodge within our conference function space. Internet access is included in your stay.

Towels are provided for your family in the waterpark as well as bathing towels in your suite. You may wish to bring a beach towel or cover up as we ask that the towels stay in the waterpark area.

Our waterpark is exclusively reserved for our guests. In the event you have visitors during your stay, a limited number of additional waterpark wristbands (valid for one day only) may be purchased. Additional wristbands are $40.00 each and you may purchase one guest band per registered guest (3yrs+) in your suite.  For the safety and security of our guests, wristbands are required at all times when inside the waterpark facility. 

We recommend that you bring bathing suits, aqua socks, or flip flops for the 84-degree water park. Our lodge is considered casual but we do ask that when you are outside of the waterpark area that women wear a cover up and men wear shirts in addition to a bathing suit.

We require one night’s stay plus tax be paid as an advance deposit to hold the reservation. This can be paid by credit card.

If you cancel your reservation you will be refunded your deposit less a $25 processing fee so long as you cancel more than 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Changing or cancelling the reservation within 72 hours of arrival will result in a full forfeiture of the deposit.

Smoking is not allowed in any area of the resort or waterpark.  However, you may smoke outside on your private balcony or patio as long as you keep the suite door closed.

In order to be tax exempt the reservation(s) must be made in the name of the individual who is tax exempt and paid with the organization’s credit card.
