What time is check out?
Check-out is 11am, Betsy. The great news is that you do have access to the waterpark until close the day of your departure. There are locker rooms inside the water park that you may use to change and shower before going home. Lockers are also available for storing your items throughout the day. These are located right outside the locker room area. If you have requested charging ability on your bracelets (these get you in and out of the waterpark area) you can also request to leave this open. Just do this at the front desk when you check-out. This will allow you to easily make purchases at the snack bar, restaurants, and shops located throughout the hotel and not have to worry about carrying cash around. Here's a hint....there are only 2 blowdryers in the locker room at the Mason Lodge. There can be quite a wait for these. I would recommend tucking one in your bag if you want to blowdry before leaving - especially if you're visiting during the winter months.

Check-out time is 11 a.m. As our guest, please feel free to enjoy the waterpark facilities until closing. We recommend packing a smaller bag with bathing suits and a change of clothes and leave the rest of your luggage locked in your car. For your convenience we offer express check-out via your room phone or TV LodgeNet services.
Do you have to pay to go to the waterpark even though you are already staying there?
Hi, Brittany! No, you don't have to pay an additional fee to use the waterpark when you are a guest at the Lodge! The wristbands that are required for entrance into the waterpark area are given to you at check-in and are good through waterpark closing on the day of check-out. You are welcome to continue enjoying the Great Wolf Lodge - waterpark and all - for the entire last day of your visit, even after checking out! Plan accordingly for this! If you're going to stay to use the waterpark that last day, bring a bag of whatever items you'll need to clean up and head to the car when you're done at the park! There are locker rooms located right inside the waterpark area that have showers and blow dryers (you may want to bring your own.....there can be a line for theirs). You may also want to have cash onhand if you want to put your belongings in a locker for that day - especially if you have valuables.
