Our Mission
At Elements™ our mission is to provide you, the guest, with five-star customer service in a holistic and relaxing atmosphere.
Reservations
We recommend making salon and spa reservations four to six weeks in advance, to assure desired appointments. A major credit card is required to guarantee all reservations.
Cancellation Policy
If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for the full price of the service. We strictly adhere to this cancellation policy. All spa packages require a 48-hour cancellation. Groups of 4 or more individuals require 72 hours.
Etiquette
For your ultimate comfort and relaxation experience, we abide by these courtesies and etiquette philosophies.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early. Arriving late is a breach of etiquette and will take away precious moments of your treatments. Your treatment will end on time, regardless of how late you start so the next client is not delayed.
- Please check in at the Reception Desk before your service.
- The Customer Care Specialists will give you a brief orientation of service locations and procedures.
- Your privacy will always be respected. You will be properly covered during all spa services.
Pricing
To insure our guests receive the comfort and satisfaction they deserve during their time spent with us, we base our pricing on the complete service time booked. This includes: initial consultation, technical service, ending consultation, product recommendations to continue your experience at home until your next
appointment and introducing you to our AVEDA Advisor to complete your service. Prices are subject to
change without notice.
Gratuity
An 18% gratuity will be automatically added to your ticket at check-out. If you feel the service provider exceeded your expectations and you would like to leave an additional gratuity, you are welcome to.
