how much is it to come in and swim?
Greetings Khelbi. The cost to swim at the Great Wolf Lodge is free if you purchase an over night stay. It isn't open at a "walk-in" basis. There are many suites to choose from and there are other activities to do as well. There's the MagiQuest, Norther Lights Arcade, Scooops Spa, Wolf Walk, and More. I'd encourage you to check it out! It is a lot of fun. Tami Jensen
Is there any child care available? I am thinking of taking my daughter (age 5) by myself. Can she go to the Cub Club for an hour if I sign her up for something? I'm just wondering what I could do if I needed a break!
Maria, thanks for the question. Unfortunately, the Great Wolf Lodge does not offer child care so an adult does need to be present, even for the Cub Club. There are a lot of other things for you to do at the GWL together besides the waterpark such as the Cub Club, MagiQuest, Northern Lights Arcade, Scoops Kid Spa, Story Time, The Great Clock Tower Show, and Wolf Walk. Although you do these together, these may give you the "break" that you are looking for. I think you and your daughter would have a fantastic time at the Great Wolf Lodge! Enjoy! Becky
I have a 19 month old, is there stuff for him to do?
Jessica, There is a lot of things for your son to do. My son was his age when we started to go to Great Wolf. He's eight now. The Cub Paw Pool area starts out at zero depth which has some shooting water falls and some water wheels he'll enjoy. There also is a small water slide for his size. Life jackets are available (first come basis) if needed. There also is the Cub Club that has crafts and activities available. There's a small play area too. Story time in the lobby near the clock at around eight at night is always fun (come in pj"s). The Northern Lights Arcade has some toddler games. The lights in the arcade are neon so everything sort of glows. I'm sure there's more, but I believe I've touched on some major ones. The room itself with the bunk beds is always a favorite even at my sons age. I hope I've helped. Have a great time! Tami
What is there for two year olds to do?
Hi Lori-Ann, I get this question often! GWL takes care of especially their littliest of guests by offering life jackets and a zero-depth entry kiddie pool in the water park. There are age appropriate activities in the Cub Club and the animated show by the Great Clock Tower is an all time evening favorite. Also, visit this website: http://www.greatwolf.com/williamsburg/explore/activities, scroll down and click 'Toddlers' on the left navigation to find more activities that your tot will enjoy. Adventure awaits you and yours!
Nightly Story Time is the perfect ending to your fun filled day at Great Wolf Lodge. Wear your pajamas and enjoy favorite bedtime stories by the fireplace in the Grand Lobby. Stay afterwards and snap a photo with Wiley or Violet while you give them a high-paw.
Come and explore with us! Wolf Walk is a nature hike where kids and families learn to howl together. Take a morning walk around our Grand Lobby and learn about the many animals of the Northwoods. Everyone will enjoy making a souvenir origami wolf!
Don't miss the Great Clock Tower friends as they come to life in the Grand Lobby!
Show Times: 10:00 a.m., 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
