We are coming to gwl in july. Can my 18 month and 4 year old grandaughters bring and wear arm floaties if they are lifegaurd approved?
Hi Rhonda: You may bring your kids floaties, but also know that the GWL does provide approved life vests for all ages for no charge in the waterpark.
Safety
We employ 100's of lifeguards as part of our Risk Management Program and you may observe some of their regular drills and tests performed during operations. What you may not see is the extensive training and certification these guards received through aquatic risk management authority Ellis & Associates. In addition to comprehensive training and certification, Ellis & Associates also performs multiple unannounced operational audits each year testing our professionalism, scanning techniques, rescue skills and emergency response.
