How is the quality of the food at the restaurants at the Grapevine lodge? I prefer to eat within the lodge and don't mind paying a little more if the food is good.
Hi Belinda, I was actually pleasantly surprised with the food at the lodge. The last time we went I purchased the breakfast package and was really shocked at how big (and good) the breakfast buffet was. The food in the Moose Lodge is your standard family fare, and then there's a Pizza Hut, which is always great. But be sure to save room for dessert, because the all the sweets look amazing! I'm like you; once I get planted, going to get the car and driving around seems like way too much work! Enjoy your stay! Ericka
How much can a you expect to pay for meals?
Hey Louise: My personal experience with the restaurants is with the breakfast buffet, which I believe is around $13 per person (three and under eat free); it has a ton of food to choose from for adults, as well as a separate children's buffet. I also purchased a lot of food at the concessions inside the water park - think nachos, pizza, burgers, sandwiches, etc. - and those were priced somewhere in the $4-$10 range. Prices vary so you'll want to call the Lodge directly if you need specifics.
