We employ 100's of lifeguards as part of our Risk Management Program and you may observe some of their regular drills and tests performed during operations. What you may not see is the extensive training and certification these guards received through aquatic risk management authority Ellis & Associates. In addition to comprehensive training and certification, Ellis & Associates also performs multiple unannounced operational audits each year testing our professionalism, scanning techniques, rescue skills and emergency response.

Hi, Does GWL in Grand Mound, WA still have innertubes in the wave pool? We went last year and they had them but when we went in March they were not there anymore and no one could tell me if/when the tubes would be back. Thanks!

Hi there, Our priority is the safety of our guess at the hotel at all times and because of that we No longer the tubes, They have been removed for security reasons.
