NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS ONLY OFFERED TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

1. SPONSOR: Great Wolf Resorts, Inc. ("Sponsor") 122 W. Washington, Madison, WI, 53703, is solely responsible for all aspects of this sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes").

2. HOW TO ENTER: During the period beginning at 12:00 p.m., Central Standard Time, January 18, 2010, and ending at 5:00 p.m., Central Standard Time, February 26, 2010 ("Entry Period"), you may enter this Sweepstakes via the Internet at www.greatwolf.com/firstfamilymason, ("Sweepstakes Site"), by filling out the required entry information and hitting the "submit" button ("Entry"). Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply. Limit one (1) entry per person or family/group of individuals residing at the same address (regardless of whether one person has more than one address or more than one person use the same address).

3. PRIZES: After applicable verification and subject to compliance with these Official Rules, ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE WINNER (the "Winner") will receive the following: two (2) 1-night stays for up to four individuals ("Trip") at the Mason, Ohio Great Wolf Lodge (the "Resort"), to include for each Trip: [1] Resort accommodations consisting of a Family Suite for up to four individuals (the "Group"), including two (2) queen beds and a semi-private living area with a full size sofa sleeper and featuring a wet bar, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, 27" television and free wireless internet ("Resort Accommodations"); and [2] passes for each member of the Group to the Resort water park for use during the Trip; [3] the opportunity to be the first guests to ride the new waterslide at the Resort on Grand Opening Day; [4] the inclusion of Winner's surname on the new waterslide in the form of a sign or plaque, to be designed and posted for a duration at Sponsor's discretion; [5] the Group's photo and commemorative plaque placed in the Grand Lobby of the resort, to be designed and posted for a duration at Sponsor's discretion; [6] one of the Resort suites to be named after the Winner / Group (with a photo and plaque outside the room, designed and posted for a duration at Sponsor's discretion) (collectively, the "Prize").

All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the Winner's responsibility, including but not limited to: transportation to and from the Resort, food and beverages, gratuities and tips, insurance, pay per view movies, Nintendo Game Cube, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, Resort activities, souvenirs and telephone calls/fax transmissions. Resort regulations and conditions apply. Lodging is subject to availability, certain restrictions, blackout dates and Sponsor's approval. The first Trip must be taken in conjunction with the Grand Opening Day ribbon cutting ceremony at the Resort, in early March of 2010 (exact date to be determined). The second Trip must be completed by December 31, 2010. The Group must arrive and depart together; and a minor may not participate in a Trip unless the winner is his/her parent/legal guardian. All federal, state and local taxes and any expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of each winner; and in the calendar year following the year during which his/her Trip was taken each Winner will receive an IRS Tax Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of the Prize for the whole Group. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $500.00, which will vary depending upon Resort and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates.

If the actual value of a Prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable, except transfers to a surviving spouse residing in the same household. No substitutions allowed except, at Sponsor's sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Prize elements may not be separated. Only the number of prizes stated in the Official Rules is available to be won. Odds of winning the Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Taxes on the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

4. ELIGIBILITY/LIMITATIONS: All Entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, February 26, 2010. Only one Entry per person or family/group of individuals residing at the same address during the entire Entry Period (regardless of whether one person has more than one address or more than one person use the same address). In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an Entry, the Entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email address identified in the Entry is registered. Entries by any method other than set forth above in Section 2 are void. Any use of automated or programmed methods of effecting Entry is prohibited. Open only to persons who are 21 years of age or older upon entering and legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (collectively, "Territory"). Employees, officers or directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies or anyone involved in the Sweepstakes' development or execution, and the immediate family members or household members of such persons are not eligible. Any Entry that is altered, delayed, forged, fraudulent, illegible, improperly accessed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, in excess of the Sweepstakes limits, irregular in any way, late, lost, misdirected, multiple, non-delivered, stolen, tampered with, unauthorized, unintelligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules shall be void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications; failed phone, computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; garbled or jumbled transmissions; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects or malfunctions; undeliverable emails resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering; insufficient space in entrant's email account to receive email; or other errors of any kind, whether due to electronic, human, mechanical, printing, production or technical errors or other causes. Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes a participant's agreement to be bound by these Official Rules. Participants agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sweepstakes judges and such decisions shall be final.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: A tentative Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about March 1, 2010 and conducted by Sponsor. Such tentative winner will be notified via Certified U.S. Mail and/or email and/or telephone on or about the week of March 1, 2010. Such notified person, at his or her sole discretion, may disclaim a Prize by not claiming such Prize or by not completing and returning to Sponsor, the Sponsor's Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release within seven (7) days of attempted notification, and in such case an alternate tentative Prize winner will be selected and this process will be repeated until such time as a tentative Prize winner completes and returns to Sponsor the Sponsor's Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release within seven (7) days of attempted notification. At such time, subject to verification by the Sweepstakes Sponsor's designated judges, a tentative Prize winner will be deemed the Prize Winner. Except where prohibited by law, the Prize Winner further grants to the Sponsor the right to use such Prize Winner's name, photograph, voice, likeness and city of residence for purposes of advertising or promoting and publicizing the efforts and activities of the Sponsor and the Sweepstakes without further consideration and to release his or her name to persons requesting the names of the winners of the Sweepstakes. Each guest accompanying the Prize Winner on a Trip will be required to sign a release granting Sponsor the right to use the guest's name, photograph, voice, likeness and city of residence for purposes of advertising or promoting and publicizing the efforts and activities of the Sponsor and the Sweepstakes without further consideration. Non-compliance or the return of any Prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

6. PRIVACY POLICY/DATA COLLECTION: Information provided by you for this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy located at http://www.greatwolf.com/dells/corporate/terms. By submitting information in connection with any portion of the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to receive promotional materials from the Sponsor. Participants may opt-out of receiving Sponsor's promotional materials in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

7. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANTS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, THE JUDGES, AND ITS AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS (THE "PROMOTION PARTIES") FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH. EACH PARTICIPANT FURTHER AGREES THAT IN ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, THE PROMOTION PARTIES' LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE COST OF PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES , AND IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PROMOTION PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ATTORNEYS' FEES, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES AND EACH PARTICIPANT WAIVES THE RIGHT TO CLAIM ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Except where prohibited by law, each participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any class action, exclusively by the courts located in the judicial district encompassing the Resort. All issues concerning the construction, validity, and interpretation of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which the Resort is located (and federal laws, as applicable), without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules that would result in the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the laws of the State in which the Resort is located and applicable federal laws.

9. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The Sweepstakes is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
