We employ 100's of lifeguards as part of our Risk Management Program and you may observe some of their regular drills and tests performed during operations. What you may not see is the extensive training and certification these guards received through aquatic risk management authority Ellis & Associates. In addition to comprehensive training and certification, Ellis & Associates also performs multiple unannounced operational audits each year testing our professionalism, scanning techniques, rescue skills and emergency response.

We are planning a trip, do they charge you for children under 3 years of age? Also, do we need to bring our own life vests for a 2 1/2 year old and a 16 month old? Are cribs available for rental?
Thanks for the questions. The room rate includes a water park pass for all guests staying in the room, so as long as you are under the max occupancy you should be fine. Life vests are provided in all sizes including ones for small children. (they are really nice vests, that are easy to use and are well kept). We have not had a "crib" per say but they have had a "pack n play" style infant bed available. Make sure to call ahead as these are limited especially on busy weekends.
